Registering with Sehhaty
App Step by step guide:
1. Download the Sehhaty App
2. Android: play.google.co...
3. ISO: apps.apple.com...
2. Open the Sahhaty App. (if you have an Iqama/National ID you need to create an account before booking)
A. First time user (have a Iqama/National ID): click on create an account and follow the steps needed to register
B. Non Iqama holder: proceed by booking an appointment without creating an account. Click on COVID-19 test appointment for border and GCC ID holders.
1. Choose your identification type (GCC ID or Border number)
2 Note: if you choose the border number you may enter your passport
C. Registered already: click on sign in and follow the steps to book an appointment
3. Click on the Purple box that says “COVID -19 Test Results - Book or view you test results”
4. The second page will appear with the option to “Book Covid-19 test appointment” - Click on that link
5. If you are an Iqama/National ID holder it will ask if the appointment is for yourself or a dependent
6. Click next
7. At the bottom of the next page you will have the option to “book or view COVID-19 appointment. Click on that button
8. After clicking on book an appointment button, you will be asked a few questions, please answer them accordingly then click on next
9. You will then be asked to choose a Nearby Test Centers - Choose Jeddah 2nd Station - King Abdul Aziz University, Jeddah
10. After choosing the location you will be able to choose an examination date: a. Appointment Time and Date: The appointment date selected needs to be the same as the one you booked on the KAUST booking system. As for the time, any time slot is fine - You must turn up for the appointment time that you booked on the KAUST booking system i. Dates will appear a couple of days before your test, for example: if you booked a test on the KAUST Booking System for January 18, appointments will be available on the Sehhaty App from January 16. b. If you do not manage to find availability try again in an hour or so.
11. The reservation information page will appear with your information - click next
12. Click (Yes, I’m sure) on the confirmation page
13. You will get a QR code, please take a screenshot of it for your reference and bring it to your test appointment
