Ok I get it now. I cut a 28 inch oak today and it has been dead for some time so it was very very hard. I had a brand new Oregon full chisel out the box. The 390 pulled thru like a champ but it was definitely way different than cutting pine. Way different !!
You don’t have to doctor that Jonsered, you have to work with your chain and and have to alter your running style. 16” bars “should” be plentiful so maybe try that.
I still totally dig that 2055!👍🏻 But I like uncommon and different things🙂 Small critters are pretty much the only reason that I like spark arrester screens, so long as there's enough surface area to not be a restriction.
Muffler mod should definitely help! Measure your timing numbers and see if you don’t need to add a little bit of exhaust duration!!! You can make some changes with the piston mod and maybe not need to cut your cylinder…
Ok so here's the important question about everything... you live in a renovated nursing home- where surely people died- is it haunted?? Do dentures float around the hallways?
JONSERED 💪🏻💪🏻!!!
If you ever want to sell one of those 330 I am your Huckleberry!!!
That 2055 may take the 330 in the pine but I think the tables would turn in a 18” oak log. Standing by for part 2.
I just like saws that start Dependably! Fast saws that do the are even better IF they have grunt as well! 😊

I love that 330 thing is sweet
I'm thinking about having some work done on my AV090 stihl. Any experience in that department
Been there done that. A lot of trimmers in the spring, and saws in the fall.
love that 330 pro such a sweet saw
Now that's a jonsered I would love to run I keep my eyes out for one all the time but never see one

25 is your rakers “trim to” height in inches like .025”. But after that you should use a progressive gauge.
That chain looks like the xcut chain
That is not a sp33 chain. It's H25, it's a oregone chain. Sp33 is only a 1.3mm
