I swear on shows like Sean in the Wild, you have too many guests who are there, less to share their enjoyment of the dish with others, and more to show off and gatekeep the experience as so-called experts. Usually they always bar users from personal choice matters because "that's not how you're supposed to do it", and do a bunch of steps for the way you're supposed to. This guy just wants to show everyone his enjoyment of food from the country he grew up in, and does a great job of it. I really enjoyed how much he explained every part, from how to eat it, to how much each region differs in food due to differing weather.

A couple things like the deep fried items were prebreaded but besides that everything was done in house other than breaking down a chicken. I have done plenty of breaking down chicken. Chinese food is awesome. They are the quickest to prep in restaurants so the food can cook quickly.

Nearly all asian food in europe at least doesn't even exist in china or japan and such.

RalphyMcSuperfly I worked for Panda Express. Same. Prepped everything in house. A couple things like the deep fried items were prebreaded but besides that everything was done in house other than breaking down a chicken. I have done plenty of breaking down chicken. Like most of the people I worked with at Panda I worked at other Chinese restaurants in town. Everything cooks super fast. Tired of the racists who promote the stereotypes of eating cats and other stupid shit
Woodshadow .. Panda Express is not Chinese food.. it is crap... where are the chicken feet, salt and pepper squid, soup dumpling.. Pan fried noodle... Panda is the Mc Donalds of Chinese food
