AGSD-UK Walking with McArdle's Week 1 Wrap Up

Four of the walkers from the first course (in Pembrokeshire) talk about the experience and what they got from the week. Gabi from Germany, Andrew from Wales, Stacey from Canada and Charlton from the UK. William from Ireland and Colin from the UK had already left and sent messages. Dan from the USA was behind the camera. Gabi said she had learnt more about her McArdle's in the week than in the 30 years since she was diagnosed.
