Do you know if that option is implemented in Retell? 2. In the video you show that you do a voice test with the Agent. I was told that when you do the test using that method (using voice), minutes are deducted from the chosen plan. For this reason, they recommend that the Agent Test be done through the chat in text mode. I would appreciate it if you could confirm this method of charging for doing the Test.
Hello, we can implement these voice agents via web widget, although it just requires a more custom integrations into their APIs and your website frontend. When testing the agent using voice, its still uses the same APIs to run, so the costs are involved. When using the text test feature, it still costs, although its a lower cost due to not generating any speech or using a transcriber. Hope that helps.

Retell now has similar conversational pathways, I haven't extensively used Bland so cant say for certain.

None in particular, Retell is HIPAA compliant, just need to toggle the compliance on for the agent.
