Great contents and delivery. This is so common in the western world, the managements do not think of 'How to Retain' But create such an environment from day 1, (points 1-10) which no-one can leave! Successful examples from big names such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, Tesla, Cisco etc. are available to justify this new management thought.

These all components are important bt somehow many small organization's do not follow these things so there must he strcit laws for follow this as its mostly important factors to retain employees at organization.
