- Last year during a trip to Vermont we got the opportunity to sit down with some of the awesome crew at Hill Farmstead to learn their stories, a bit of history behind the brewery, and some insight into what might be part of the magic that makes Hill Farmstead beer so heckin' good.

Parker Pie! If you are lucky enough to visit Hill Farmstead, you MUST have the Green Mountain pizza at Parker Pie! It sounds weird but is AMAZING!
If you ever start this up again. Visit Portland, ME You can hit dozens of Breweries in a short amount of time. There's two streets that each has 6 breweries on them.
Hope you enjoyed your time at Nørrebro Bryghus, Phil Young! Such a great place right in the middle of the city.
