- Fifteen minutes. That's all it should've taken for Audrey May Herron to drive from work to home. How did a beloved mother of three simply vanish while driving? Where could she have gone? It's a mystery 15 years in the making. More: bit.ly/2Y5Dg8Q
If I'm married, and my wife gets off at 11pm, there is no way I'm going to make it until 6am and not realize she didn't come home.
I've thought of that too, but then when life gets normal and people are about their routines (working different hours, going to bed before your spouse, etc.) you really could sleep throughout the night without realizing if your spouse came in bed or not.
I can't sleep without my hubby. We both have issues sleeping when the other is not in bed.
Increase you must not own a memory foam bed...
@@mjallen1308 my bed is comfy. It's more the body warmth and heartbeat. I sleep mainly with my head on his chest.
Increase and who really sleeps all night through? Most people wake up at some point through the night, I know I always do!
One positive ray of light from this tragic tale: all of the daughter's are now nurses, just like their Mom. ❤
Oh wow
Atleast, something good came out of this...
We need to know where she is
Quicker than a ray of light she’s flying
@@landonstorey9423 who are you to comment
God bless this Grandmother for picking everything up and keeping it all together. Those poor girls. My thoughts and prayers are with this family always. To grow up missing a mother is a terrible thing.
As well as losing a child. Heartbreaking, indeed.
All of the precious hearts are forever broken. Very sad.
My husband would tear the entire world apart looking for me
It would be ideal that EVERYONE spouse would do that tbh
If I die, no one would even know I'm gone. They wouldn't care if I don't show up
They all want me gone

Right, she doesn't ask "stupid" or obvious questions. She keeps her talks short and meaningful.
Yes she’s awesome
But the question is: do we really need her?
@@crocetti4643 need who?
@Weird Science lol Okey dokey
When the father in law said the car might have been crushed, shredded or put in a container, this was a red flag moment. He had enough money to pay someone to get that done and cover it up. Something about him is not right. His little snickering sounded evil.. SMH
No, he seems truthful. This is an odd one
i was hoping to read in the comments they found her or arrested someone :(
Me too!
Ughhh same
Me too!🙋♀️
I was looking for that too. I can't believe the car hasn't been found and I hate to say that probably she is in it.
@@crystalheart9 :(
Her daughters are beautiful well rounded young ladies considering what they've lived through bless them i hope her boy is doing just as well
The father-in-law’s speculation of what “might” have happened, sure was detailed.
WOW!
Just him speaking on it made me have chills. He is definitely speaking something about it without thinking he could really be telling them what really happened to her.
If Jeff thinks that his father is going to keep his secret forever he's in a world of trouble......he's going to share what happened with someone one day after he's had a few drinks......the correct answer to the reporters question was to say "I wish I knew" or "I hope they can find out soon"......not to start talking about her body being crushed in the car and shipped overseas.....WTF!!!
And his fake laugh
@@JosephKulik2016 wtf is wrong with you if your loved one disappeared you would want police to investigate to the fullest extent not too just give up because they couldn’t find any evidence if that was the case more than half of these cases would not end up getting solved I mean I see you watch a lot true crime I know you’ve seen cases solved after 9-10 years
@@JosephKulik2016 Be sure to let your family know that you don’t want anyone searching for you if you go missing and foul play is suspected. Save any of us the grief.
When the daughter's chin trembles while describing how her grandmother told her about her mother.. absolutely heartbreaking.
Nicole Poe 💔
Made me tear up 😞
Yea that really got me ♡♡ I noticed it too
Her and vehicle put in a container and shipped somewhere? That’s a really weird thing to say.
Exactly,it's not a typical crime you would hear about
The father in law is creepy. Who makes a comment saying maybe she was put in a container with her jeep and buried or shipped off some place? Seriously who laughs when your daughter in law disappears and has been gone for that long, not knowing what happened to her. A lot of liars laugh like that when questioned because it is a nervous reaction to what they are feeling. The husband never lifting a finger to even look for her, really? Come on. I can only imagine losing someone this way and never seeing them again. The oldest daughter I feel especially bad for because she had been gone to Florida for a month without seeing her Mom, then gets back to find she is gone and has not seen her since, sad. I just hope this is solved someday.
I agree.

@@darrenhooper3828 you don't need to be a detective to have common sense.
@@jigup2 To some people, common sense is a luxury they can't afford.
Yes girl that's what I said
And no one thinks the father-in-law's explanation is weird. She was crushed, she was smashed up like in a car yard. Maybe the cops need to go to junkyards.
Ya seems like what he said , crushed or shipped away seems like a tip to me for sure
@@rachaelleann9847 Definitely shipped to Russia. The husband passed the lie detector because he didn't do it. He can't bear to go to the memorials out of guilt because he was warned this could happen, and something buisness-wise he did or didn't do and the Silent Partner (Russians) had her wacked and shipped.
@@cameron_fairchild that's a very sad possibility. I really feel for him if so, cause I couldn't imagine knowing but not being able to do anything about it, cause more ppl would die if I did. Very awful
I don't think it's weird...He's givin,g his honest opinion...his son is being "accused" what else is there to say.
@@classymom9047 how about not describing her being in a barrel, or crushed up, or shredded up... If you don't see the problem with that I hate it for ya. No one talks like that about their family..
I remember her and she was so sweet. I remember her checking my head when I had fallen off a seesaw at Girl Scout weekend. It’s crazy to me that she’s really been gone all this time.
The father in law sure seems like he is having a good ol' time.
Yup. Problem solved. End of story.
Like the cat that swallowed the canary.
Ya I know it’s been years n I don’t know if he responded with laughing because he probably thought it was so crazy that his son would be suspected of this n that’s maybe why he was laughing because he thought it was so crazy that it was laughable. So that could have explained the laughter. However that being said as a parent the last thing I would be doing is laughing about any of this. U can think ur son is innocent but at the end of the day ur daughter in law is probably dead by now and ppl are actually accusing ur son of murdering her so I personally don’t see anything at all funny about that!
Oh yeah! Out gardening and a camera turns up? He's came up! 😂

I just saw another case where 1/3 of a whole town set out to look for a missing girl, minus the teenage murderer.
@@ejuniorc09pkm proves my point.
Monique Mourning is normal, being completely disinterested in looking for your spouse is abnormal. Why would you not participate in any searches for your wife, if you cared that she was missing? No good explanation for that.

This case is really sad. Really hits hard.
Her father didn’t get to see it solved. Her poor mom, you can tell it’s taking a toll on her.
And those poor children!!
Jeff’s fathers inappropriate laughing and admission that he is the one with the money is telling...
@Luna EB common sense would tell you that someone inappropriately laughing while talking about death is weird.
dixirose111 He was also very certain that’s she’s dead... He even said how they’ve possibly gotten rid of her body and her vehicle!😥
It's the first time I ever heard any say the missing person might have been put in a container & shipped away.
@Luna EB . Not nervous but guilty.. 90 % it's close to you . Husband has not even make a step.to look for his wife..?? Cmon . It dosen't take a great brainer.
Some people need to let you know they are the one with the money. It adds nothing to the story but he needs you to know it. Much like our fearless leader. Most wealthy people never talk about money.
Jeff knows what happened. His dad helped him get rid of the car. His dad helped him get rid of the body. It's so obvious.
@Luna EB on my way!
@M Detlef ok..😂 Done! Let's do it!
Audrey's mom's tears broke my heart. She shouldn't have suffered the loss of her daughter, she deserves peace and closure. The daughters are paying a tribute to their mother by becoming nurses. I pray for Audrey and may she get justice.
The father in law told you people what happened to her 😰😰
It's been 15 years and these kids and this mother still don't know what happened to their loved one? It's so wrong. If I was the "wealthy" husband, I would have hired a private investigator, or the very least, I'd be out there looking for my kids mother..
IT MAKES YOU THINK.
For the husband to hire a private investigator to look into his wife "disappearance"? Isnt that like buying a gun and shoots himself in his own head?
So True !
He may have hired a PI
These 20min or so episodes don't tell u everything 2 do with wats going on
I learnt that after a few months of watching
Paying a private investigator aint cheap especially for 15 years and even then they can refuse due to too much time passing also finding someone to make someone disappear aint easy even more so a pro so the chances he did it are low
How can he even laugh when speaking of his daughter in law, knowing she's missing.
It’s been 15 years, people move on.
Disgusting. Indicates arrogance, disregard, and possible guilt.

Why wouldn’t a man search for his wife if he is innocent. The old man sounds ridiculous
It sounds Jeff has participated in the searches to at least some degree. It sounds like what he's avoiding is all the "candlelight vigil" type things and publicity functions. *If* he didn't do it, could you blame him? Taking the kids out to wallow in the pain on display for a crowd every few days would be horrifically difficult, and definitely no way to raise a two year old. Seven years later a diver was checking what happened to his ship's anchor and discovered a car in the harbour. Young lad was still inside the car. Very sad case but good that the family finally found out what happened to their boy.
In a Container and shipped away? Who would do that? Maybe that’s exactly what dad did.
Mobsta style. Demons.
If the dad did it he obviously wouldn't say how. They've had more than 15 years to ponder on what happened to her so I'm sure they have all sorts of theories.

I was once threatened with death if I took a job a less competent but more well- connected employee wanted. Wise in that case, not to take the job.
There's another woman missing in Bronx, New York. Kassandra Ramirez have been missing since September 19th, 2018. It has nothing to do with this case, but it sucks because there's a little boy asking where his mother is. There's no trace of her :(

There is certainly people in that interview that... KNOW!!
I worked in the same building and drove home the same way it really hit home when they could not find her
When they asked th FIL how Jeff was doing and he replied, "He survived through it" WTH? THROUGH it?? It's not over yet so how can he "survived through it"?? The FIL had something to do with it, as helped his son get rid of the car and her. He's hiding something because he's laughing to much about this.
For all intents and purposes, it is over. No one is missing for that long and turns up alive. He has moved on and I would too. So, yes. For his father to say "He survived through it" is more than accurate to say.
Or Jeff was kept out of the loop. His dad knows what happened, but kept his son in the dark, then he can’t ever spill the beans. The first rule of a conspiracy is to include as few people as possible, as people are prone to blab.
If the father is any indication of Jeff’s character, which no one had anything bad to say about by the way, it’s worth noting that he seems like a very kind, and normal man. I didn’t hear one person sharing any stories about Jeff having been a bad guy in any way, prior to this event.
How sad and tragic. My thoughts and prayers to the family.

*If this all took place in the Catskills, the Russian Mafia may actually be a real theory. Every major business in the Catskills had a "Silent Partner" when I lived there (1970s).*
I'm in my mid 30s from the catskills in a town called Saugerties...and every winter we would go for a ride to look at Christmas lights on the "mafia houses", only in my adult life was I told some 'stories' about the very houses we called that and why....its crazy!
This is so frustrating and heartbreaking! It doesn’t seem possible that she could just go missing. Did her husband always go to sleep before she got home from work? If she got off work at 11 and he didn’t notice that she was missing until 6:30, I would just be interested to know if it was normal for them to not see each other at night. That’s over seven hours that anything could have been happening. My heart aches for her mother and her children. I pray they find answers soon. 😢
WifeMomTeacherLife - Seems fishy to me. My husband and I have been married almost 10 years and I know he would have known I didn't make it home well before the morning. It wouldn't have taken 6-7 hours plus he probably would have been on the phone with me at some point after work. Most guys I've known usually are in "protective mode" if their s/o works nights by either picking them up or calling them.
Kitten Lyric - which story is that(the two girls in the lake?) Would love to read or watch it.
I'm always in bed asleep when my husband gets home from work. I don't wait up, I have to work in the morning. I also don't wake up when he goes to bed 🤷
Stacie Jarrells bi
Angela I’m sure that many couples do that. I’m just curious about their routine. My husband and I are fortunate to have similar work hours, so for the last 17 years we have gone to bed together most nights. I would like to think that he would notice immediately if I wasn’t in bed, but he sleeps like a rock and he might not notice until morning. I don’t sleep for more than an hour and a half at a time, so I would notice his absence pretty quickly. Whatever happened to her it’s sad and I wish they could solve it for her family.
The grandfather laughing is creepy as hell. He just described how the car and possible body was disposed of. If they are rich then they're most likely connected to people who can do something like this.
@Luna EB I actually don't but thank you for your unsolicited comment
When reporter goes to the house -- weird looking house. Unfinished, or something. .. looks like a warehouse, for storage.
If the whole car is missing too, there are cases like this where they eventually find the person in the car in a lake or even in the woods. I remember a case a few yrs ago when they found a missing person still in a vehicle that went off the road then down a slope into thick woods. The car crash victim had been there a whole year without anyone finding the body.
Yes I agree with you...... she could have tried to avoid a deer and went off the road ....or in some type of body of water....
After watching many episodes with @Adventures with a Purpose and seeing cases of missing loved ones found in their vehicles in water that is the first thing that popped in my head.
@@christinamenhennett it's wild to see how ignorant these comments are about the husband and father in law murdering her... There's ZERO evidence to that, except people's "feelings"
This really could have been a accident and it just hasn't been found yet.
When you hear hoves think horse's not zebras.
I agree with you 💕
@@Adrian-zd4cs yes it's very very easy to have an accident when you swerve.
I really feel for her daughters, I hope 1 day they will find out what happened to their mum.
Did anyone check out who was in the hospital that day?
It's actually a Nursing Home. They kept saying Medical Center which in that area would be Albany Medical Center and I worked there from 1990 on. So, I googled her name and said it was a Nursing Home.
AMC has thousands of pedestrians in and out each day Level 1 trauma center. But a Nursing Home would have few people at 11 pm.
My tears are coming out when I saw her mom crying...😢
The dad of the husband is suspect
Mobsta father in law
They didn't find that suspicious when the old man said that
she and the vehicle could be crushed somewhere
Audrey looks like Christina Applegate. I hope the family finds her or get closure in what happened to her
Im sure the husband was cheating and didnt wanna divorce cause then he will lose a lot of money
Yep. Did they ever confirm he was home until morning? Phone pings?
Poor family! Truly heartbreaking! So sorry for her children😕
