For the people who are wondering how did Karna lost if he was more powerful than Arjun let me tell you this- Karna was cursed by Parshuram because he deceived him by saying he is a Brahmin and learnt every techniques from Parshuram. Parsuram cursed him by saying "Karna will forget all of Parshuram's teaching in the most important time of his life. So in the middle of fighting with Arjuna he forgot all his teachings and couldn't even shoot Arrows. He got another curse from maa Dharti that in the most important time of his life soil will not support him and will create trouble for him. So that's why his Rath's wheel was getting stuck in mud again and again. When his wheel got stuck Basudev told Arjuna to shoot because if he won't shoot then their winning chances will get lower. Arjuna declined by saying it will be cowardly to shoot a weapon less human but Basudev encouraged him and told him how badly Karna treated Droupadi. So Arjuna got angered and shoot at karna . This is how a legendary warrior died. Karna wasn't particularly a good person or bad person. He was just influenced by wrong people like Duryodhan. He chose friendship over Dharma because he believed friendship is greater than any Dharm. There's so many things to learn from karna. The last thing i will say stop getting influenced by bad people if you do that may be you can be even greater warrior than Karna . :)

For me the Important thing which this movie has done right is Showing Krishna as brown (shawala). because no one is still able to pull of to show Krishna as brown and attractive at same time. This is the most important thing for me.

Fan theory- I have another important catch: The last monologue of supreme yaskin speaks about jaganath, I didn't know why that dialogue was put there, maybe it was a reference for power of kali/supreme yaskin . Let's see how lord Krishna died after Mahabharata but his heart is still safe in the idols of lord Jagannath. The heart didn't decayed because it was heart of a god ...what if supreme yaskin stole the heart from lord Jagannaths idol and used it remain alive ...and that's why with one drop of serum from lord kalki ...he was able to reenergize himself. Bcoz both lord krishna and lord kalki are avatar of lord Vishnu. Just a fan theory don't troll me.

Bhairava is reference to Karna too. He is supposed to be born as a Shiv bhakt. Yaskin is a vessel of Kali. He literally lifted Gandiv which is made by Brahma and Kali himself came from Brahma.

I think you all have misconception about mahabharta Gandiv is brahmas bow which is equivalent to sarang of vushnu and pinaka of shiva And gandiv is more powerful than vijaya as it is made out of same blasta from which narayanastra and pashpatastra made. And karna was defeated 10 times he wasnt undefeated Karna was defeated by arjun in virat war satyaki and even abhimanyu in kurukshetra. Karna was good warrior but he wasn't like better than arjuna. 38:14 My theory: Supreme Yaskeen (Kamal.Hasan) would be revealed as an advanced form of an Artificial Intelligence or a Cyborg type being which is combination of biological body + Synthetic stuff. I watched Kalki FDFS and I found a lot of references from Mahabharata and Krishna Ji's life events... Like Prabhash holding that giant wheel was the tease this time Karna's chariot (Buzzi) will be broken but Karna will hold it and god's craft on other side was the reference that this time he is on good side... Kali was in search of serum to get his peak physical form just because in our scriptures it has been said Kali will get his physical form in the end of Kaliyuga and then Kalki will come and assemble all 7 chiranjeevis and will defeat Kali... And many more references are there

Karna could be defeated but not killed while he had Surya's kawach. Arjun had defeated him a few times before, but the promise that the Pandavas made was to kill all their enemies for which it was necessary to get rid of Karna's armour. The armour made him unkillable but not invincible.

As for comedy, Hindi dubbing seems to be the problem, as every comedy timing was really good in first half, and comedy felt organic and fun, in Telugu Version. Ofc the massy fan service was little too much at times, but it didn't feel as odd for me at least. And, It's surely great comeback for prabhas silencing every hater, his acting, seriousness and comic timing was really well utilised by Nag Ashwin. I liked visuals, the integration of modern technology and prachin astras, design of the world itself, how Kashi nagari, Shambala nagari are portrayed in a post apocalyptic world and mainly how different elements were combined to make something very unique. I also liked how respectful the movie is towards our culture.. but still portrayed the end of Kali yug's godless society that lost all it's dharma, just waiting for Bhagwan Kalki avatar to come reset world starting next Mahayuga. Kali purush's embodiment Yaskin also felt really interesting... acting as the representative of Mother Nature's reaction towards how us humans are destroying and exploitating everything, and that corrective measure is the part of the end of Kali yuga which Yaskin is doing by preserving the resources himself, but in twisted way. I also liked the parallels between Lord Krishna and Kalki avatar in the movie where both of them are born in a jail, both of them are saved by mysterious events (Sum80 getting pregnant all of a sudden or in case of Krishna the pregnancy got "abirted" as Balaram is transferred to Rohini and Krishna is born later) and then {Sum80's extraction process mysteriously fails due to malfunction enabling her to escape, where as when Krishna is born everyone around fell asleep mysteriously enabling Nandbaba to take Krishna to gokul} .... And both of them when taken out of jail by their parents Fire split for in the movie similar to Yamuna splitting for Nandbaba. Just saw, You mentioned the same thing in the video as well @01:08:00 That fire split moment and the khalisi moment later was mind-blowing!!! Things sre interesting... Have to see how it'll unfold in future parts. I understand the logic that Gandiv will be wielded by Yaskin and opposite to him is Karna's reincarnation (Bhairava) .. which tries to give a redemption arc to Karna through this reincarnation as Bhairava. I dont know its true or not but i feel in this movie karn and arjun has taken reincarnation and now god krishna(vishnu avatar) who was supporting arjuna at that time because he was supporting good (sachai) and not karna who was supporting evil (burai). But now when we are talking about kalki now vishnu avatar (kalki) will support bharva(earlier karna) and not arjuna (last villan who has lifted gandhiv dhanush which was gifted by bhrama dev to arjuna). Seriously very excited to watch future parts totally loved how beautifully they have started embracing our rich culture and our heroes which sadly today's generation didn't even know properly hope by this universe it will develop a craze among people to read and understand about our culture and our manuscripts geeta's knowledge Mahabharata fights Ramayana etc.

Shri Krishna's Character WON'T be played by any superstar. the producer in an interview revealed that it can only be played by late Shri Sr NTR, and in the opening scene, it starts with NTR as Shri Krishna in the Mahabharat scene. Its his tribute to late Shri NTR.
Yaskin is now as powerful as kalki as he has the same serum and also now he has Arjun's Archer as well. He alone is almost powerful combining Karan, aswathama and also 9 chiranjeevi. As he himself is the supreme lord now in yaskin

Whole movie was really good ( except few problems in first half ) but main problem i had was the way they showed arjun. See i have not read text of original Mahabharata, but mere dada ne padha huaa hai , aur unhone bataya tha ki arjun arrogant kabhi tha hee nhi , karn arrogant tha. Even shri krishna ne kudh kaha hai ki arjun uss yug me sabse acha dhanurdhari hai , karn kai logo se haar chuka tha already aur karn arrogant tha kafi. Ye log movie me galat tarike se dikha rhe hai , agar arjun me itni kamiya hoti to shri krishna kudh kabhi arjun ka sharti na bante. Aur wo rath 10 kadam piche wala scene bhi actual Mahabharata me exist hee nhi karta hai. Aur karn kafi evil character tha Mahabharata me , uske samne agar kuch galat bhi ho rha ho to usko kuch fark nhi padta tha , duryodhana ke baad sabse evil character kudh karn hee tha

Roxy's addition in the movies and Complex tour sequence could have been used to showcase the internal dynamics of Complex. Its hierarchy, politics etc. It could give Bhairava insight into inner workings of Complex. But it was wasted with dancing and romance scenes. Moreover, if they had Disha in the movie at least have her make some impact on the story. They could simply show us her losing her job because of Bhairava and then later on Bhairava could make up by paying her all his units and getting her help in the mission of capturing SUM80. or something of the similar vein.
Just to clarify, Arjun was "the greatest warrior" on the field of kurukshetra obviously after lord krishna. That is the sole reason why even after forming the "Chakravyuh" formation, sending Arjun away from the main fight was of of paramount importance for Dronacharya. Karn was NOT EQUAL to Arjun and he was not even close. All the stories of karn equalling Arjun are rather popular stories or fiction driven by Indian TV serials romanticising Karn. Please read the mahabharata and focus on conversations between shree krishna and Karn just before his death.

the jagannatha ratha chakra poem which was read by Yaskin at end of the movie is written by a famous Telugu poet Sri Sri. the poem indicates the beginning of new era. Yaskin thinks that his era is a perfect era for a human society and he the future hope. but the Sri Sri ji's poem denotes that a new era will come where all the inequalities would end and every one will be at same level in positive and constructive way. It is a famous poem in telugu literature, as i did not see the hindi version I cannot judge how they translated it.

Kyra was good add to the film, her scene where she talks to Sum80 making her comfortable in the world she has never seen and she only gave her name Sumati to make it line up with plot was good to watch also her trying to save them and in touching Sumati womb before dying made everyone connect to the character and feel bad of loosing her.
Guys, there are reasons why first half is like that: 1. You guys followed all the promotional materials like prelude and B&B series. But a vast majority of audience didn’t watch them, the first half slowly introduces the world to the audience. To avoid heavy info dump, they used Bhairava to explore kashi, complex(disha patani was there for us to show what is there in complex). 2. For local telugu prabhas fans, they added the humor and first fight sequence. Making fans happy by showing something they are used to, so that they get invested for the next parts of movie. Yes, editing could have been crisper and music, comedy could have been better.
That Karn pushed back Arjun's chariot story is fake. Not present in original Mahabharat text. Stop watching Tv Serials. Arjun was greatest Archer after Shri Ram in world history. Never lost a battle in whole Mahabharat. Karn lost many times against Arjun, Bhim, Satyaki and Abhimanyu. Read freaking original text before talking.
But Arjuna was arrogant and was very much protected by drona to be the greatest warrior. Eklavya and Karna were both better than Arjuna and they were sidelined by drona and gods just to drona can keep his promise of making Arjuna the greatest warrior.

If you have seen the credits..they had almost 4/5 people in action choreography department..the first action sequence was directed by one veteran duo here in Tolly itself..second one was also somewhat veteran.. however the last one was done by overseas stunt company.. you can decipher from here why the change was tooo drastic
I feel the first half introductory sequence of action was choreographed by the south action director which they had in their team it was to serve the mass audience of prabhas, but the end fight was choreographed by the foreign action directors which were there in their team cause it shows the amout of details which went into it....

For the people who are wondering how did Karna lost if he was more powerful than Arjun let me tell you this- Karna was cursed by Parshuram because he deceived him by saying he is a Brahmin and learnt every techniques from Parshuram. Parsuram cursed him by saying "Karna will forget all of Parshuram's teaching in the most important time of his life. So in the middle of fighting with Arjuna he forgot all his teachings and couldn't even shoot Arrows. He got another curse from maa Dharti that in the most important time of his life soil will not support him and will create trouble for him. So that's why his Rath's wheel was getting stuck in mud again and again. When his wheel got stuck Basudev told Arjuna to shoot because if he won't shoot then their winning chances will get lower. Arjuna declined by saying it will be cowardly to shoot a weapon less human but Basudev encouraged him and told him how badly Karna treated Droupadi. So Arjuna got angered and shoot at karna . This is how a legendary warrior died. Karna wasn't particularly a good person or bad person. He was just influenced by wrong people like Duryodhan. He chose friendship over Dharma because he believed friendship is greater than any Dharm. There's so many things to learn from karna. The last thing i will say stop getting influenced by bad people if you do that may be you can be even greater warrior than Karna . :)

Why you ask? Because a chariot battle is a constantly moving battle like a car chase scene(kinda), that's why those Warriors were called "Rathi, Maha-Rathi" Rath→Chariot. Those who can fight with emence prowess while on the move.

Prabhas being karna here makes sense bcoz krishna bhagwan gave both friends chance to fight for dharma..also in our scriptures every yuga when vishnu ji avatar banke aayenge tab baki gods ke ansh bhi aayenge sath sath jaise ki mahabharat mein arjun as ansh of indra dev surya putra karn then yudhishthir as ansh of yamraj also in Ramayana sugriv and bali...also his character and karn's character are very similar

My theory:
Supreme Yaskeen (Kamal.Hasan) would be revealed as an advanced form of an Artificial Intelligence or a Cyborg type being which is combination of biological body + Synthetic stuff.
This theory explains a lot of stuff:
1. Yaskeen living more than normal human being
2. The red glow inside him
3. He being connected with tubes.
Now here are the parts which convinced me the most on this theory:
4. If you remember when the scientist tries to kill Yaskeen with the faulty serum. At that time, after inserting that faulty serum, he kinda shuts down for few seconds and then suddenly restarts with everything working fine. Which is a classic computer theory that if something's wrong try restarting it once.
5. When the scientist stabs him with a knife type thing, there is literally no reaction on Yaskeen's face as if he doesn't feel any pain as it can control his senses as he is an artificial being.
6. Yaskeen explains his ideology to the scientist before killing it that Humans have destroyed the nature and I am here to fix it by destroying humanity. Typical AI discovering itself better than humans type plot (Here I don't mean that they are copying the concept). Also every time he mentions human he says it in a way that if he is talking about a different beings other than him. Which further solidifies the theory of he not being human. But maybe an Super AI like Skynet and stuff.
Hence I do believe that Yaskeen could be revealed as an Artificial or a semi+artificial being.

I watched Kalki FDFS and I found a lot of references from Mahabharata and Krishna Ji's life events... Like Prabhash holding that giant wheel was the tease this time Karna's chariot (Buzzi) will be broken but Karna will hold it and god's craft on other side was the reference that this time he is on good side... Kali was in search of serum to get his peak physical form just because in our scriptures it has been said Kali will get his physical form in the end of Kaliyuga and then Kalki will come and assemble all 7 chiranjeevis and will defeat Kali... The first half completely drags on with so many dumb dialogs and illogical scenes. Its not negativity for the sake of it.

As for comedy, Hindi dubbing seems to be the problem, as every comedy timing was really good in first half, and comedy felt organic and fun, in Telugu Version. Ofc the massy fan service was little too much at times, but it didn't feel as odd for me at least.
And, It's surely great comeback for prabhas silencing every hater, his acting, seriousness and comic timing was really well utilised by Nag Ashwin.
I liked visuals, the integration of modern technology and prachin astras, design of the world itself, how Kashi nagari, Shambala nagari are portrayed in a post apocalyptic world and mainly how different elements were combined to make something very unique.
I also liked how respectful the movie is towards our culture.. but still portrayed the end of Kali yug's godless society that lost all it's dharma, just waiting for Bhagwan Kalki avatar to come reset world starting next Mahayuga.
Kali purush's embodiment Yaskin also felt really interesting... acting as the representative of Mother Nature's reaction towards how us humans are destroying and exploitating everything, and that corrective measure is the part of the end of Kali yuga which Yaskin is doing by preserving the resources himself, but in twisted way.
I also liked the parallels between Lord Krishna and Kalki avatar in the movie where both of them are born in a jail, both of them are saved by mysterious events (Sum80 getting pregnant all of a sudden or in case of Krishna the pregnancy got "abirted" as Balaram is transferred to Rohini and Krishna is born later) and then {Sum80's extraction process mysteriously fails due to malfunction enabling her to escape, where as when Krishna is born everyone around fell asleep mysteriously enabling Nandbaba to take Krishna to gokul} .... And both of them when taken out of jail by their parents Fire split for in the movie similar to Yamuna splitting for Nandbaba. Just saw, You mentioned the same thing in the video as well @01:08:00

See i have not read text of original Mahabharata, but mere dada ne padha huaa hai , aur unhone bataya tha ki arjun arrogant kabhi tha hee nhi , karn arrogant tha. Even shri krishna ne kudh kaha hai ki arjun uss yug me sabse acha dhanurdhari hai , karn kai logo se haar chuka tha already aur karn arrogant tha kafi. Ye log movie me galat tarike se dikha rhe hai , agar arjun me itni kamiya hoti to shri krishna kudh kabhi arjun ka sharti na bante. Aur wo rath 10 kadam piche wala scene bhi actual Mahabharata me exist hee nhi karta hai. Aur karn kafi evil character tha Mahabharata me , uske samne agar kuch galat bhi ho rha ho to usko kuch fark nhi padta tha , duryodhana ke baad sabse evil character kudh karn hee tha

Roxy's addition in the movies and Complex tour sequence could have been used to showcase the internal dynamics of Complex. Its hierarchy, politics etc. It could give Bhairava insight into inner workings of Complex. But it was wasted with dancing and romance scenes. Moreover, if they had Disha in the movie at least have her make some impact on the story. They could simply show us her losing her job because of Bhairava and then later on Bhairava could make up by paying her all his units and getting her help in the mission of capturing SUM80. or something of the similar vein.

Just to clarify, Arjun was "the greatest warrior" on the field of kurukshetra obviously after lord krishna. That is the sole reason why even after forming the "Chakravyuh" formation, sending Arjun away from the main fight was of of paramount importance for Dronacharya. Karn was NOT EQUAL to Arjun and he was not even close. All the stories of karn equalling Arjun are rather popular stories or fiction driven by Indian TV serials romanticising Karn. Please read the mahabharata and focus on conversations between shree krishna and Karn just before his death.

Yaskin thinks that his era is a perfect era for a human society and he the future hope. but the Sri Sri ji's poem denotes that a new era will come where all the inequalities would end and every one will be at same level in positive and constructive way. It is a famous poem in telugu literature, as i did not see the hindi version I cannot judge how they translated it.

Kyra was good add to the film, her scene where she talks to Sum80 making her comfortable in the world she has never seen and she only gave her name Sumati to make it line up with plot was good to watch also her trying to save them and in touching Sumati womb before dying made everyone connect to the character and feel bad of loosing her.

Guys, there are reasons why first half is like that:
1. You guys followed all the promotional materials like prelude and B&B series. But a vast majority of audience didn’t watch them, the first half slowly introduces the world to the audience. To avoid heavy info dump, they used Bhairava to explore kashi, complex(disha patani was there for us to show what is there in complex).
2. For local telugu prabhas fans, they added the humor and first fight sequence. Making fans happy by showing something they are used to, so that they get invested for the next parts of movie.

That Karn pushed back Arjun's chariot story is fake. Not present in original Mahabharat text. Stop watching Tv Serials. Arjun was greatest Archer after Shri Ram in world history. Never lost a battle in whole Mahabharat. Karn lost many times against Arjun, Bhim, Satyaki and Abhimanyu. Read freaking original text before talking.

If you have seen the credits..they had almost 4/5 people in action choreography department..the first action sequence was directed by one veteran duo here in Tolly itself..second one was also somewhat veteran.. however the last one was done by overseas stunt company.. you can decipher from here why the change was tooo drastic

I feel the first half introductory sequence of action was choreographed by the south action director which they had in their team it was to serve the mass audience of prabhas, but the end fight was choreographed by the foreign action directors which were there in their team cause it shows the amout of details which went into it....
