I have two Air bnbs in Mérida Centro. I have a trusted property manager that I was lucky enough to connect with. I still live in the US. I'll be moving to Mérida in 2026 and then I'll take over management but keep my prop manager on an emergency basis fee. I'm also moving to direct booking options for guests to be able to book (amyscasa) for a lesser fee.
I have a property in Tulum and have had a terrible experience with the property management. Does he share who the property manager he uses that he's had a good experience with?

Tulum!
What percentage do you pay to the property managers?
It’s a personal choice. For instance, I pay a VA abroad that manages the property $1,200/mo while there are other people that do it with 12%-15%
What’s his socials ?
This guy is a scam artist
