I have two Air bnbs in Mérida Centro. I have a trusted property manager that I was lucky enough to connect with. I still live in the US. I'll be moving to Mérida in 2026 and then I'll take over management but keep my prop manager on an emergency basis fee. I'm also moving to direct booking options for guests to be able to book (amyscasa) for a lesser fee.

It’s a personal choice. For instance, I pay a VA abroad that manages the property $1,200/mo while there are other people that do it with 12%-15%
