On April 16th 2024,The Grand Duke & Grand Duchess of Luxembourg began their 3 daystate visit to Belgium.
In the evening to mark the end of the first day of their visit, King Philipe & Queen Mathilde hosted a lavish gala dinner for their royal guests at the Royal Castle of Laeken, the official residence of Belgium's royal family.

This is what I thing. With such poverty around the world. The world of excessive privilege is nauseating. I wonder what they did with the leftovers. These people don't eat much. They consume wealth.

Maybe you need a reality check. Nothing any royal family does in this situation is gong to alleviate world poverty or starvation. In saying that, the banquet itself is political but it also brings together people including the families who work towards ending suffering around the world. Your statement is so leaned it borders on cliche. Try researching what some of these royals do before using a generic anti privilege response.
