I'm reassured to hear the eusfom here because it's something I noticed after 60... certain concerns with the world just fell away but not those concerns about shrinking friendships or its more about the lack of opportunities to make new friends. For many it's about fear of others' motives for others, it's about replacing deceased spouses, whichbis very unwise & for still more others, it's about finding circles that can support your intellectual interests & pursuits. ❤ This teaching certainly reflects a deep insight into human nature... & ends with tremendous hope!!❤❤❤

Thich Nhat Hanh left us at 95 years old. He was successful at aging. :-D

I'm not experiencing peace as too many fraudsters are interfering with my finances... sad disappointing distressing life after 60

I like listening to the teacher. I don't agree on the topic of leaving a legacy, as that means to me looking outside the self.
    Good talk otherwise ❤❤

Leaving a legacy means depositing your wisdom, your unique energy, a unique contribution here, however small or large, that will benefit future generations who come after we have gone. It does not need to be physical. It can be invisible energy. Nobody needs to know about it... but you do ...and that is true fulfillment for your soul because all souls truly want to give. And you are giving something back of value, a quality of the unique you, to our mother Earth who fed, housed and loved you, your whole life.

I absolutely agree with you. I look at my 3 kids and the respect and integrity they have shown so far in life, shows me I can look at them as a legacy I leave behind. Manners and knowledge and understanding, xx
