Beautiful Faux cookie ornaments. Thanks for sharing. Just thought how many little kids. Might think they're real cookies. And try to eat one. Hope not. Because they do look so real. You have a wonderful day.
I could definitely see using the glitter snow product for a gingerbread cookie ornament! Even maybe a gingerbread house to sit up! Oh the possibilities are endless...that’s why I love your videos, they get my creative juices flowing 😂!
I Love the way you do your videos, your voice is so soothing you make me feel so relaxed aaahhhh....Your projects are always "Do able" in that as a new crafter i feel like i could do this. The only problem is we don't have a dollar tree or a michaels here in the uk but thank god for Amazon most things can be substituted! Thankyou for all the wonderful creations, i have loads to catch up on.Thankyou xxx
These are adorable. I host a cookie exchange every year and this would a great gift for those who come. Thanks for sharing. I’ll order the glitter snow today.
I'm so glad you clarified that those were Mylar curls. They looked intriguing, but I thought they were seed beads and I have enough seed beads so I didn't grab any. I'll have to get some next time I'm near the the good DT. Great video. I'm even more excited because I actually have everything. Since I've started watching your videos, stiffened felt is a basic craft box item now. lol As well as using my jar of neglected Triple Thick. lol This technique would really work for a lot of my scrapbook dies, really getting the juices flowing. I'm hoping to make a Boston Terrier ornament for a dear friend who lost hers this year and your stiffened felt technique would be perfect for a pieced pattern. I also use polymer clay so combining the two is also on my "to do" list. I just love your channel so much. Thank you so much for sharing and inspiring!
These are so cute! I’ve been looking for the perfect ornament to make and I could make various shapes and make them in sets as gifts. Great idea! Thanks for the tutorial! I love watching your videos so much because you make me smile. ❤️🤗
I absolutely love your ornaments. They look like real cookies. The first time I seen the hearts I thought it was wood hearts lol. I need to check out the sale for the stiff white felt. I haven’t never use glitter snow. It really looked like icing. I learned so much from you. Glad to find out what to do Mylar curls. I wander what to do with them and now I know. Thank you very much and God Bless you ❤️❤️
I've never seen that stuff you used as sprinkles before in the UK. Or the icing material. But as you say, there are alternatives and we crafty people will find alternatives...won't we 😊 A very cute decoration idea, as always. Thank you for sharing. 😘x
Great idea! I love how they turned out. I'm playing catch-up with your videos...I've been soooo busy the past several weeks. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and hope your New Year is filled with many blessings!
What a cute and lovely idea! I so enjoy your videos because they are so simple yet pretty. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas with us. God bless you and your family :-). Hugs, Betty
Absolutely adorable ! I actually have some of the snow for a project I’ve been meaning to do but I cannot wait to pick up some mylar curls as I had never heard of those before! I thought you used some little glass bugle Beads!! I have wanted one of those bottlecap punches since you showed it the first time so I put it on my list to get one this week I sell vintage bottle caps and have been wanting to make earrings and stuff out of them and that would make it so easy ! What a cute project and you could use any shape for it if you wanted to, but I have to admit I really like the hearts! Thanks for another wonderful project!😁💗
Love this adorable project! I didn’t find the Mylar curls in the Dollar Tree or on their website but did find them on Etsy called Craft Tube Confetti being sold by the shop Party Spin. Only $2.62 for 3 colors
The touch with the eye shadow was so clever. These should be fun! I added a friend named Diane Lorino Moore to HappyBirds Glitter Nest last week, who will be a great contribution to your group. She's been a crafter a long time, always doing something awesome.
You are so welcome Marie! I'm not too sure about the diamond dust since I've never tried it with the Aleene's Glitter Snow. That will be something I'll need to experiment with.
This would be a great craft for Valentine’s Day
Now I have a craving for frosted sugar cookies!! 😉

Good work
😊
Those are neat!
I couldn’t find Mylar curls, but I did find an ornament at Michaels that was filled with curls. I paid five dollars for it and now I have the curls.
do you know of a way to cream back up the glitter snow if it dried in its container?
I've been wondering where to find some of the supplies you use
The touch with the eye shadow was so clever. These should be fun! I added a friend named Diane Lorino Moore to HappyBirds Glitter Nest last week, who will be a great contribution to your group. She's been a crafter a long time, always doing something awesome.
But she's not been accepted yet.
Thank you so much! Sweetie, I don't see a Diane Lorino Moore request. You may want to send it again. :o)
What section at DT did you find the curls?
Where does one get the Mylar curls used as sprinkles ?..is there an alternate source besides DT?..Thanks
Thank you for sharing your awesome tutorials. Question; would Diamond DUST by floraCraft work? Michael's has it $10.99
You are so welcome Marie! I'm not too sure about the diamond dust since I've never tried it with the Aleene's Glitter Snow. That will be something I'll need to experiment with.
@@HappyBirdsGlitterNest thanks for responding. Enjoy your weekend.
