I kinda met her on the elevator at the Carlisle hotel (rich people hotel, really private and a lot of celebs stay there) in NYC the day after this interview. She was wrecked, but still wicked hot and was coming down from Jim Carreys hotel room on the 27th or 28th floor, don't remember the exact floor, one of those, above the 30th floor are luxury apartments, Angie Harmon lived in one at the time with Jason Seyhorn ( giants cornerback), I would see Angie in the hotel all the time and she was really nice, never saw Jason though. Anyways, I was actually at Jim carreys floor that same morning and he had an end hall room, meaning the door was at the end of the hall while all the rooms on that floor were off to the left side, there were flowers piled up outside his door, notes, scripts, etc. A huge dude came out of the door next to jims and just glared at me, another big guy came out past him and just blocked me from jims door, he was polite and asked me to leave as the whole floor was rented out to a private guest, asked me how I accessed the floor (elevator will only go to those floors with an access key, usually there is a guy in the elevator who ushers guests, no need to tell how I had access, not important, and no I didn't work for the hotel) so again, back to Eliza, its about 3pm that same day and I'm on the 11th floor, I push the elevator button down, few seconds later the doors open, there is an elevator usher, even had the white gloves on and the nice suit. Next to him is Eliza, wrecked, smelled like crazy alcohol. I go to get in and he asks me if I'd mind waiting for the next elevator as his " guest " would appreciate the privacy. I knew the guy semi well, and I could understand the request, so I kinda gave her a quick once over, she was wearing the same clothes from her Conan interview the previous day, they shoot the show around 2 to 3 pm. I took a step back, smiled and waved him on. Doors closed, gone. So the same guy comes back up to get me, he's with this guy Mike, classic new York tough guy accent and he was a security head or supervisor, he's going on and on how she was in carreys room all night. She ended up leaving the studio after doing the conan show with him and came back to the Carlisle to his room, they weren't playing fuckin checkers ya know... his words. So yea Jim Carrey is a pimp. Jim Carreys was handing out 100 dollar bills all week to staff there. He was cool and nice. I saw and met him briefly before he got into a car outside the hotel a couple days later. Some other things I could say or whatever but I think I'll stop here.
. Does Conan COMPLETELY "check out" Ms. Dushku, right after giving her a peck on the cheek (0:18).....watch his eyes VERY closely before he walks back over to his desk !! ;-) .
