I thought it might happen at some point, or a revolution software collection including beneath a steel sky and lure of the temptress, but it still came as a bit of a surprise.
I’m not sure about this one yet. Never heard of this series actually, but PS1 is a bit of a gap in my gaming experience since I had a very brief period of PC before getting a PS2 and never looking back. It certainly looks interesting though, with really cool animation!
@soundandvision77 I loved these types of games, but i think its probably quite niche now, defo not for everyone, but if you can get into them. They are a lot of fun, but can be frustrating when you get stuck and can't for the life of ya work out what to do next 🤣
I played these games back in the late 90s on PC and they're great point 'n click adventures and should play great on the VS/VS-R with analogue controls. I'm not so sure how they'll play on the handhelds but will probably be ok. I picked up Broken Sword 2, 3 & 4 on GOG today for 99p each and will hopefully be picking up Shadow of the Templars tomorrow on either the Wii or DS for a couple of quid or maybe both because the DS version isn't voiced whereas the Wii version is. Not sure I'd pay £25 for the first two but they're definitely good games :-) Keep up the awesome work Steve!
@jayme69 hey Jamie, I think I played 4, was it on the ps2? I'm not sure if it was 3 or 4 I played 🤔 and I'm sure i played a more modern one as well, but I may have made that up. Was one on the ps3 or ps4? Don't think it was ps4 but you know my memory 🤣 that's awesome for 99p each. I'm fine with it being 25 on evercade, i get a box 🤣 and i can carry it round on my exp. Wonder what it'd be like on the Alpha 🤔
@aboyandhisdogRE I think 3 was on PS2 & Xbox and 4 was a PC exclusive? Broken Sword on the Alpha, now that brings a question to mind. Does the Alpha have analogue support for external controllers? Just a thought :-)
@jayme69 it does have analogue support for games that have it, i think, im sure i tested soul Reaver and it worked...ill have to test again, i cant remember 🤣. Ah, it must have been broken sword 3 I played then. I knew you'd know my friend 😄
So excited for this and I am like you I never played part 2 so that should be very fun. Come on Blaze we need Dragon's Lair. Hope you have a great one my friend.
@kennethlecuyer4767 Oh Kenneth, if you dont mind graphic adventure / point and click style games, then you should really dig these. Just watch out for the goat 🤣
I loved the first game but only ever finished it on GBA. Never played the second, really looking forward to it.
@KeenRetroGames hey, glad you're excited about this collection. Me too. It's a great one to snuggle down with in the evenings on my EXP, me thinks.

@genejoke8538 beneath a steel sky 😍 adored that game. That would be wonderful at some point. I'm so happy we are getting these games.
Not something I'm familiar with at all but it has great looks. Will have to wait until you and Genejoke give it a once over.
@talesfromthejundlandwastes5498 I'm excited to jump back in but it's been a long time, I'll probably get stuck at the first puzzle 🤣
Great series and looking forward to it.
@djcharlieboy1918 totally unexpected, Charlie boy. I can't wait.

@jamisonballard3590 hello ky friend, dragons lair, and guy spy would be awesome. And space ace of course!
I'm winning my bet: I'll never buy another cartridge again!
@Da4Ying3 this is good, saving money 😜 let's see if you can make the year 😉
I've started collecting ancient Latin books IN FRENCH. You see what depravity I'm reduced to, now that I've stopped buying video games.
@Da4Ying3 🤣 and I'm assuming that's probably quite a hard thing to collect, but awesome when you come across a lovely, well looked after book.
Personally I have no experience with these titles, look promising!
