I got a 1 of 1 captain america that is not signed by the artist. What should I do?

Hmm, that’s a bummer. Unfortunately that does happen. Sometimes the artist forgets to sign it. Simple as that. Not sure there’s anything you can do. Maybe meet the artist at a con?

Most of the artists don’t even get paid as much as a bum hockey player gets paid to autograph a sticker.
