- What I buy from Trader Joe's as a naturopathic doctor: I love these organic microgreens (great for adding flavor to salads, beneficial for liver function and detoxification), a bag of Pink Lady Organic Apples ($2.99) - I support fair trade practices, this Trader Joe's coffee is delicious (organic and fairly traded), the wild-caught smoked salmon (delicious, quick, easy, and a good source of healthy fats).
I also enjoy their: organic chicken breast strips (quick and easy to make), oven roasted chicken breasts (organic, but slightly high in sodium), fermented Persian cucumber sauerkraut (a great source of probiotics), unsweetened almond milk (no sugar added, minimal ingredients), hemp seeds (excellent source of protein, fat, and fiber, perfect for salads), 100% pressed organic Italian extra virgin olive oil (great for salad dressings), organic peanut butter (contains no salt or any junky seed oils), and organic red lentil pasta (gluten-free and a great alternative to traditional pasta).

The sauerkraut is really good 👍
I buy those small organic apples and the chicken breasts.
I also like the walnuts, free range beef and chicken broth, gerolsteiner mineral water, tea tree oil, the greek spinach pie, organic tofu, and their napkins
Solid stuff! All things I love from traders
That red lentil pasta is amazing!
Cute doctor 😊
I like their almond butter & cottage cheese & pasture eggs & goat cheese plus lots of greens
Those pastured eggs are a great deal too! That and the grass fed milk omg.
I really like all these recommendations, thank tou
Love these videos
These videos are awesome and informative 🙏🏼🔥
Looks like you buy the apples even when they’re not in season? Thank you for the reminder I need to eat my sauerkraut that’s in the fridge. Good finds!
Great list! Can’t wait to try the red lentil pasta.
Man I was about to say not another one 😒 but great info! Thank you 😊
I love TJ's organic bananas, sourdough bread, bagett, Sauerkraut. My dog loves TJ' treats. I use to buy their coffee 5-,6 containers a month.
But, lately, Coffee is not good quality. They all taste the same.
I’m going to Trader Joe’s tomorrow to get it!
Yes!!!!!
I luv his videos. It saves me a lot of time to do research on my grocery shopping.
Thanks for sharing
I would follow if you would list the prices please
Their sunflower seeds are great too!
The mascarpone cheese is lovely. Use it on toast with jam or added to pasta with pesto sauce and lots of sauteed veggies.
Everyday grinding spice is so good on anything, fried eggs etc.
Syrah toscano cheese fantastic.
My dog loves the mixed dog biscuits.
Just to name a few😊
I like the banana pudding ice cream and the tacky bookchy
looks delish
OMG almost all on my favorites list (coffee elsewhere).
Where?
Red lentil pasta❤
Raw milk is better than almond water. Hard to get tho
I have been shopping like this for years

You buy so many good products ! Now you need to show us how you cook and eat them now!
We eat the same!
Thoughts on their coconut smoothie drink?
I tried it and I thought it tasted nasty. Their coconut water is top notch though!
I will take one of him lol
God bless you
You mention these a lot...what ARE "seed oils"???thank you
Any oil that isn’t olive, avocado, or coconut oil.
I know there is a part 2. You were not done.
Naturopathic medical school is not a medical school in anything but the appropriation of the word medical. Naturopathy is not a branch of medicine. It is a hodge podge of nutritional advice, home remedies and discredited treatments ... Naturopathic colleges claim accreditation but follow a true "alternative" accreditation method that is virtually meaningless. They are not accredited by the same bodies that accredit real medical schools and while some courses have similar titles to the curricula of legitimate medical schools the content is completely different.
Yeah he lost me at "detoxification"
That's literally what your liver does, LOL
And “traditional” doctors receive zero education on nutrition. Their continuing education is funded mostly by pharmaceutical companies hence the reason why they’re so quick to spend your 7 minute office visit pushing a bunch of prescription meds and always ask if you’re vaxxed and fully boosted. It’s sick care not healthcare.
Thing is you do not really know if it is organic.. you were not there when they packaged it..
How do those greens detox the liver? Lmao isn’t that what your liver and kidneys are for?
Daddy 😍🔥
Of the few videos I've seen, I just see a quack.
not a real doctor
Real doctors keep you sick and on Big Pharma medications 💊 ☠️
lol "doctor" 😂
You LOST me when u mentioned ALL the DEAD animals u bought !!!!!!!
Dead animals help humans thrive. More bioavailable nutrients than plant foods.
I'm not anti vegan.
Please widen your horizons.
I wish I could eat plant foods.
LOLOLOLOLOL ok "doctor"
All packaged in plastic, ya don’t consider the plastic leeching into the food, don’t food grade plastic to me, that’s a crock
And everything wrapped in plastic absorbing the chemicals, yay!
Mu$t be nice!
Sorry i don’t believe everything is ORGANIC. Just a money marking to spend.
Organic is a scam
What a non-doctor buys at TJs.
