Construction of 5 marlas is about 25 lac's. The total price is 10+25=35lac's only. So why you pay 95lac's? Come on guys, think before you act. Realestate people are making huge money over innocent people. Fear Allah before you cheat others. May Allah give house to all my Pakistani brothers and sister who are looking for a house in Pakistan Ameen. If I ever made enough money, I will return back to Pakistan and build 35 lac, 5 marla villas in Bahria for you Inshallah. If I wanna make profit, non from a needy and from others, maybe 4 to 5 lac's extra on 35 Inshallah.

Sir I have a plot in Phase 8 Extension but due to property and office matters the office has blocked my file without any consultation or correspondence with me.. they want to give me refund , I have paid all the amount from last 7 years, now they have demand for refund and want to transfer it on my name but the office has closed my file.. I went to office and submit my request but 2 years passed and they have not made any reply of my letter . Maybe they will sell it to other people and will tell me that your get your deposit amount and go home. Is not a fraud . I want my plot of one kanal. Can you help me in this connection
