My dear you need to be realistic in price now. The market is literally dead and you people are jacking the prices up to make the profit of the whole year in one real estate deal. Please come out of this mentality that the market it still stupid like 10-15 years ago. I personally think that people should be smart enough to buy from the owners directly and cut the middle-man who runs away with a lot of unethical profit. In my opinion, 5 marla plots in Park View City should be priced around 60 lakh rupees and not a penny more. Anything above this price is some form of unethical profit making either by the developer, the owner or the agent.
