I'm literally so mad that Scott would even think for a second that Stiles would be capable of what Theo accused him of. if I was Stiles I would be so brutally offended, like how can my best friend (that I walked into gasoline to save) think for a second that I would murder someone with the choice to not do so. Honestly, Stiles has advocated for cold-blooded murder over and over again in the series, as well as for torture. Theo said that Stiles lost his temper, something which was shown to be quite short in canon, and killed Donovan. When Scott confronted Stiles, the latter only said he was defending his dad. Scott knew that Sheriff was NO WHERE NEAR the Library that night. So how was stiles defending him? It sounds more like premeditated murder then self-defense at that point. And there is the fact that Stiles DID NOT TRUST HIS OWN FATHER OR SCOTT ENOUGH TO TELL THEM! He didn't tell them for days, if not WEEKS, at all! He wants to be trusted, but allows himself top get blackmailed by someone whom he he saw was a murderer, because he apparently doesn't trust Scott enough to tell him face to face? What goes around comes around, I guess...
@@aaronthed1047 Yeah, Stiles lied to Scott for weeks. He didn't trust Scott enough to tell him the truth, when he finally had actual proof that Theo was hiding something. And then when Scott finally confronts him with his lies, instead of telling him 'it was self defense' Stiles pretty much confirmed Theo's version of events. And even then, even after all that, even after stiles viciously and vocally attacked him, his values, his humanity, the most Scott did was tell him to go talk to his Dad. That scene just made me so damn pissed off at stiles. It still does.

he's also known theo since the third grade so yes, he did believe him. but he didn't know who to believe. he was confused and there was so much pressure being put on him from everything. everyone expects him to save everyone when he can't. he can't save everyone, he may be a werewolf but he doesn't always know what to do. he had to worry about protecting his friends, his mom, stiles's dad. worrying about the new chimeras, he had to worry about saving hayden. so it's not scott's fault and he doesn't deserve hate for 'choosing' theo over stiles. stiles didn't believe scott at times and stiles didn't get hate for it, so I don't see why it's fair to hate on scott for not believing stiles. he's not going to believe stiles twenty four seven for everything.
+holy posey he hasn't known theo since the third grade, he knew him in the third grade, there's a difference. i respect your opinion but i'm going to have to disagree with you. when scott confronted stiles, the manner in which he was speaking shows that he was looking for a confession, not an explanation. he didn't trust stiles even though stiles was very clearly desperate and begging him to. also, i don't really remember times where stiles didn't trust scott, but, correct me if i'm wrong, i'm pretty sure when he didn't trust him it was over something small and trivial, not something as big as this. i like scott and i do think he's under a lot of pressure, but he was in the wrong here in my opinion and i don't think stiles should forgive him just like that. in fact, i think stiles doesn't have to forgive scott at all at this point, even though he probably will eventually. this isn't me saying that scott is a terrible or a bad person, or that he wasn't under a lot of pressure, not at all, i'm just saying that he was wrong in the situation

Scott was confused, and seemed shocked to hear that stiles did indeed kill Donovan, but was even more hurt when stiles basically started screaming about death and blood and trying to seemingly justify murder. Remember, he only said Donovan was targeting his dad, not him. Scott knows Sheriff was NOWHERE NEAR THE LIBRARY THAT NIGHT! How was stiles defending him??? It sounds less and less like self-defense, and more and more like premeditated murder.
