What I’ve learned from watching a hundred of these comparison videos is… You just have to try earbuds for yourself. They mention the treble can be piercing on the 3 Pro. I found the treble on the 4’s to be piercing, and not on the 3’s. The bass response on the 4’s is less than the 3’s AND the iPod Pro’s.

I just bought the Oppo Dynaudio enco x2. These are 2 driver dynamic/planar for $150???? There is a flood of RUclips reviews that I never heard of, that really seem like promotional material. I ordered the *Liberty 4's* today. I tried your link first (with the hope and understanding it would help the channel). However, I wouldn't get them until the end of the month. So I went through Soundcore proper for the 3-7 day delivery. I'm sorry.
The specs are what sold me, of course. However, I may end up returning them, depending on the sound. As I've said ad nauseum, I absolutely love my *L3P's.* Their sound (for me) is _perfect_ (using Hear ID). But you said the L4's sound wasn't quite the same. So, we shall see.
I am happy to get additional battery life, as it's a priority for me. And I like the look and apparent fit (how they look in ear).
They may not fit me well. I say this because, without custom tips, the *Liberty Air 2 Pro* doesn't fit securely for me. But they are perfect with my aftermarket tips. And the *L4* tips are proprietary. So, I'll just have to see. 🤷🏼♂️

@@DHRME Well fellas, I tried the Liberty 4's, and sadly I shall be sending them back. As much as I could use slightly better battery life, unfortunately the L4 sound signature just doesn't do it for me. Too muddy for my taste.
I set them up completely, but was still unsatisfied. _Then,_ I went back to a pair of my L3P's (switched mid song). The difference was astonishing. And quite unmistakable.
But, of course, that's just me. 🤷🏼♂️

@@DHRME Well, surprise, surprise, it turns out those $24 earbuds _are_ hi-res (they were $30, but I got $6 off for some reason).¹
Anyway, I am truly shocked at the sound those earbuds have. The sound is not as refined as my *Soundcore Liberty* earbuds, of course. The crisp clarity is there. And the levels are how I like them - vocals, bass and trouble all up-front. Nothing pushed back.
There is a word or phase for what is missing, but I can't think of it, so please excuse my clumsy descriptors. The sound is not _wide open._ The music doesn't quite _breathe._ 🤷🏼♂️ And I have to increase the volume more than with my other buds.
I believe these cheap hi-res earbuds may have helped educate me further, when it comes to somewhat teaching my ears about certain details.
Initially, I went from low end earbuds to a decent/solid sound with Sony SBH70's. I then tried the gamut of earbuds like Jabra, Samsung, Pamu and Sony. But once I heard my music via the *Samsung Liberty 3* earbuds. . _.OMG._ As cliché as it sounds, it truly was like hearing everything for the first time. Not only did everything sound better, but I suddenly heard elements I never knew existed, from the symphonic to the synthesized. 🥰
So anywizzle, going back and forth between these wacky hi-res cheap-o buds and my *L3P's,* I was able to appreciate even more subtle nuanced elements (rather than simply finding myself blown away by a huge jump in quality).
Oh, and I never want to forget to praise the *XTREMEMusic app* and all it brings to the table. 😎👍

I Just Got Airpods pro 2 and Bose QC Buds 2 and SoundCore comes out with these
you guys are the best, keep it up, and I found an app you can use to make any earbud sound quality so much better, it's called wavelet, you can use other earbud equalizers. I used it on my nothing ear 1 and omg it sounded so much better the highs are better and the lows sounds cleaner and booming, you can try 1more triple driver, oppo pm1 or Sennheiser momentum wireless (wired passive) eqs and trust me your experience would be a lot better

Hi quality review, thanks. A couple of thoughts.
You mention there is no detectable difference between the two models, but to my ears the Liberty 4 are noticeably better in noise and wind.
Regarding the review itself, I must admit that the script for the mic samples is somewhat... distracting, shall we say? Pop-pop-popsicle, Ice-ice-icicle, Test-test-test... you see? The brain tries to complete with a rhyme.
Great review, your graphs are a strong point on this channel. I have a (weird and particular) question, i currently have the old Fiil T1 Pro, same than Earfun Free Pro, but with less bass, so it has a great (for my taste xD) balanced and mids focused sound signature, you can tell it is made very delicately for the price. Do you think Liberty 4 would be a good improvement? I want to get the same kind of tuning but with better technicalities (details, soundstage, etc)
It’s a different sound and I think the Soundcore may have an edge.

The clarity in the liberty 3 and 4 are more lively . Even after adjusting fiil t1 pro and t2 pro . I was not able to get as good as a sound . The good thing about t1 and t2 is the wing tip . So they are good for running but they can get uncomfortable a lot quicker

Great review as always! Maybe you should take into consideration that Soundcore does not offer replacement parts for their recent releases. I just learned it the hard way when I lost the case for my Space A40. After a couple of emails with the support I was not able to buy a new case. I can throw my buds away now or wait for someone selling their case on ebay because they lost a bud.

Another beautiful review. I think I might be ok should I get these because I find I trust Soundcore better than, say, Soundpeats or Earfun which is a crapshoot of what you'll get.

Yes well in that case, SoundPeats / Earfun are also decent choices. Gotta which model you get though. Not everything is a runaway success.
Hello. A small correction. In the liberty 3 pro you can also activate transparency mode and ANC from the earbuds.
Also on phone calls?
@@DHRME No, on call you can't activate or deactivate ANC.
Question, I have life P3 and if I answer a call from my phone, it doesn't automatically go to the headphones like the ear pods. Did Soundcore (Anker) change this for the Liberty 4? That was my one of my biggest peaves about the Life P3. Thank you.

I think my Neobuds Pro are starting to crap out. Issues with the case not registering the right earbud. Keeps fixing itself with reset, but it's becoming more common.
Anyway, I love the sound on these buds. Also really appreciate the mic for calls and the ANC as well as transparency.
Do you have any recommendations with similar sound? Something not screechy or piercing, probably stem style as they tend to fit me a bit better.

The Liberty 4 are a pretty close competitor, but the Oppo Enco X 2 is also a good bet.

I can hear that you like Stem- style, but that's not universal. The main reason for it is improved microphones for phone calls, are these any good for that?

I just got the galaxy buds pro and there incredible but after I wear them for like 30 minutes certain areas I my ears start hurting. I have pretty average size ears maybe a tiny bit on the small size. Should I get these and sell the galaxy buds pro

I received my Liberty 4 yesterday and couldn't wait to dive in and enjoy them.
It's lived up to my expectations except for two areas. I noticed a significant sound shift when I toggled between normal mode and ANC/Transparency mode. Anyone noticed this?
The other area where I am slightly disappointed is in the bass area. The L3P does better here than the Liberty 4.
Also L4 battery life is exaggerated. I couldn't get it to even match some YT quotes. So I got a second one, same thing.
Has anyone released an EQ to Harman target? How close does it get and how does it sound?

After using the L4 for a week the right earbud doesn't work. It shows it's connected on the app but no sound comes out. When sound comes out of the right bud it's very low. Very frustrating

Does the Liberty 4 sound better than Status Between Pro?
Does it have the same basic fit as the Liberty Air 2 pro with them stem? Those did not fit in my ears very well, whereas the Liberty 3 Pro fit great for me although I recognize some people have the opposite scenario.
These fit me way better than the liberty air 2 pro. These are awesome!

How would these do for working out? Seem a bit more lightweight and have better anc..than their sports buds. They be gold for gym / running?

Sad that they didn't fix the weakness in both the l3pro and L2pro, which I thought was the underwhelming mids.

The eq in the app helps a lot. These mids are really good, better than the l3p I would say

I was ready to pull the trigger on the AirPods Pro 2. Then soundcore dropped these and I’m torn as to what to do haha.
The AirPods Pro 2 are a different level TBH.
If it helps any, I'm an airpods pro 2 user coming from the Sony WF-1000XM4's...these things have great clarity, comfort, and noise control. I don't regret my decision at all
Unfortunately india does not receive soundcore latest products early as they should be, the soundcore liberty 3 pro still hasnt had an official release.

I like the liberty 4 the 3 has more intense bass and better still, 1more evo buds. They have everything and very very decent anc.

Got Air 2 pro before. Liberty 4's sound quality, mic quality a bit better, ANC and battery is much better.
Both of them are very suitable for calls. Air 2 pro's ANC is already very good at that price, but Liberty 4 just do better, especially you can use ANC function much longer time.

Do you know if Soundcore plans to integrate the Google Fast pair and the LC3 into its earbuds?
Because with the Google Fast pair, there is now the possibility of automatic switching between different Android and Windows devices much like the Airpods Pro on iOS and Mac-OS, I think it's as interesting if not more interesting than the standard multipoint depending on the circumstance.
Ps: Soundcore should have put the slide gesture to manage the volume, and sincerely, I think that the ADAPTIVE APTX is for the moment the best codec on Android and Windows, the latency on the earbuds with LDAC and AAC is really noticeable without gaming mode.

Didn't feel too much pressure with three. But not that sensitive to pressure in general...
No volume control? That seems like a bizarre regression. They've had on device volume control for years.
They do for audio, just doesn't work on calls.

I bought one L3Pro, but after testing it and speaking with people, I was disappointed, so I returned them back. Might be that I got defective one, so I ordered another one again.

I am satisfied with the linkbuds s. Sound is not as good as for L3Pro (in my opinion), but they are good enough for my taste.
The microphone is quite good. People are not complaining.
I bought it on sale so in general I am satisfied.

Only if you want the health features (HR sensor, calorie tracker.) These sound slightly better but the bass isnt as good.
To say that the noise cancelling is enoigh to get the job done then later say that it's slightly better than the Liberty 3 pro is confusing. The L3P is as good as the wf1000xm3 for noise cancelling
The amazing noise cancelling of 2021 is just average in 2022 unfortunately.

The problem I continuously keep having with my liberty 3 Pros is that they keep cutting out when in LDAC which is as expected, but it was too much. I literally do everything with them expect workout in them, so please any opinions as what I should please let me know because I feel I have exhausted every solution. Should I get my money back and save up to get a top tier earbuds and also I'm not a Apple Person. I am also looking for workout earbuds that have solid and efficient ANC and Transparency mode, wireless charging and multipoint connection and of course has a very soild IP rating. I really love the liberty 3 Pro and I dont want to return them or maybe be I should get them replaced. Please let me know your suggestions and opinions and recommendations, I'd greatly appreciate it. I almost forgot I have Sennheiser true sports wireless earbuds but unfortunately the only issues I have them is that they don't have ANC and Transparency mode. I'm still also thinking of getting the liberty 4? Please let me know, thanks and God Bless you.

LDAC inherently is less stable than other codec streaming so much more susceptible to interference from other radio frequencies such as florescent lighting , microwaves , etc
So I can't decide between these and JBL Live Pro 2... If you just count the sound and microphone quality between these two. Which one should I get?
