I still plan on adding about 4 more 4’ lights yet in the middle of the middle area…lol. Depending on if I go with a roll up door I’ll add a couple more above where the current garage door goes in the up position now.
Had a commander 1000 once. Came with all the bells and whistles, stereo etc. Was so loud with the engine between the seats you could never hear the radio. Also the with the engine there the radiating heat was atrocious. The machine would constantly eat belts and if it wasn't the belt it was the clutch. Local cam-am dealer replaced both a few times under warranty, then denied any further warranty claims because they said we used too hard and beyond its limits. Can-am lost a good customer then. We had almost 20 bombardier/can-ams prior to that and haven't bought another since. Truthfully I cant say any of the ATV/UTV manufactures impress me anymore. Honda was the most recent to let me down.
I’ve definitely noticed an increase in issues with new machines lately across all manufacturers. Not sure what’s going on but it makes me want to just stick to buying old used beaters as they seem to be more reliable then some of the current models😂😂😂
Great video sir I just got me a second hand a 1000 r Xt-p And there is a lot of service to be done by me zo this is help full Can you tell me what psi a healthy 1000 engine should be pushing on a compression test and how low when to service That information seems too secret even in the manual
You could reman that transmission in case you end up with another with the same problem then you wouldn’t half to wait for a shipment. Or keep was good and scrap what’s bad or just junk the whole thing. I try to reman engines when u can. Just replacing what’s needed and selling them later. Try to make a extra buck if I get into a slow work spell. Just some food for thought. Keep up the good work Jason. I just might have a job for you to do not a repair or anything but an upgrade I need on my rancher. I be in touch when I am ready. Keep on riding brother
I have a 2009 Honda Foreman 4x4… I’m keeping it till the wheels fall off!….. I just went on a “poker run” last weekend.. saw some really cool machines. But is it really worth it? ..new and fancy is fine and dandy till it breaks… look at the abuse these machines take.. it’s unreal. I’m keeping old reliable. (Edit) .. Erie Pennsylvania here….
I have a 2022 450 Outlander and took it in some mucky mud at that time the RPMs were HIGH just going 10mph so I parked it. well the CVT was filled with mud, so I cleaned it out and Clutch, deep clean. but the when I put it in gear it grinds then wants to go by its self.. So ok I bought a new clutch and one way baring thinking it was that. Nope.. any ideas? No mud or water got into air filter whatsoever. I still have factory warranty but I know clutches are not covered so I fixed that first. I do not rip up my toy this is the FIRST time i got in mud water over the CVT case ever. any insight on what to look into?

You have that motor out, I’d pull a quick compression check on it. You will never be closer.
I just replaced my trans tore into the old case and found the 2 snap rings on main shaft failed and caused no forward travel

Curious if you can share who your customer picked up the refurbed tranny from?
Still waiting for them to save the money to buy it…lol
Hay Bub was trying to get ahold of you to work on a Polaris razor 800 it’s a 2010 I think I’m close to you
Sorry, I don’t get notification for comments on older videos so I didn’t see them. I’m located in the central Pennsylvania area.
Tengo un ruido en la parte de salida de transmision al cardan traqueteo.

Thank you for sharing
What transmission would you end up purchasing and through who if you pulled the trigger looking at the same issue
The owner was taking care of all of that himself so I don’t know where or who he was going through to get it.
If it’s not a Honda, don’t leave your walking shoes or wheelchair at home. You’ll need it.
Can’t say I had any luck with my pioneer 500 nor 700
