If my town used sand instead of wood chips for all the tot lots, I’d be using my sand scoop. Why don’t all you professional RUclipsrs use sand scoops in your videos? 😮 Can you imagine how much more ground you could cover? And you wouldn’t have to bend over so much, except for tiny stuff that falls through the holes. 😁
@@christinethestringbean If the sand were wet from rain, then it would leave a mess, but if the sand is dry and loose it will just drift back down like cake flour from your mother’s flour sifter. There is only one sand spot in our area, it’s a volleyball ‘court’, and I do use it there. It leaves the sand perfect. 🙂

It’s more of a courtesy to the groundskeeper, the community and the city. Bringing in a sandscoop like that is a bit of an eyesore.
