I got a great deal and am currently sitting on over $200k on equity I took some equity out to buy a few more properties I purchased one for $115k put $70k into it and sold it $342k in 2017..the point is don't give up have a good plan and strategy... Either you're a wolf or sheep take advantage of these opportunities.. 😊

@@viktor1444 Personally I'd really love to own real estate properties as well as stocks I've been informed of people making as much as $30,000 from these investments and if you could be lenient enough to share I'd really love clue and tips on how to maximize profits

32 mil and still have neighbors. Screw the ocean view, i would rather get acres of land in the dessert with full size gym, swimming pool, bb court, 2 mile running track with no neighbors if i have 32 mil
I can't wait for this to sell. I live three blocks further north on Abalone and my house is currently for sale by owner. This listing will probably not drag down the average cost of a home in my neighborhood. Thanks, guys!
@@bazzybazon2525 I think you did not read my post carefully. I said it "will probably NOT drag down the average cost of a home." I agree with you. THANKS FOR THE CAPS I AM OLD AND HAVE A HARD TIME READING.

I grew up on Calumet Ave. about 2 minutes North heading along the coast. This house is in Pacific Beach not La Jolla. It is extremely beautiful and was an Amazing place to live and grow up. Now San Diego actually all of Cali has become a homeless drug infested shithole. The cost of living there is criminal. It has become a Liberal Hell hole.

Not to mention that it only has 2 parking spots

It's BEAUTIFUL!!!!
The first thing that comes to mind when viewing this property is a seismograph. 😆😅🤣
Gorgeous property.
2000
Nice but it hasn't got a lot of natural light. Seems a bit dark in most rooms.
I could bear the darkness for the amazing views. Probably try to be outside more than in! Fresh, minimal and lit!

The cost of living in red states is lower because no one wants to live there.
