You got to be dead to have a free scan in Australia,,,😂
Must be a blessing to have patients that don't complain and stays perfectly still the during scan.
No Kidding! Or combative, defiant, psychotic individuals. They are so dangerous!
A blessing but not to the 'patient', no?
A fantastic insight into modern coronial work!
Absolutely fascinating.
Incredible imagine how far advanced it will be in 20/30 years.
Thank you so much for contributing all you do. Providing families with answers, solving mysteries & making an enormous contribution to justice.
That machine is amazing. I would love to see a show with this machine on people who died of certain diseases ie ALS, severe arthritis,Parkinson’s, Stiff person syndrome etc anything that changes the structural part of the body so we can see what’s happening to the internal side of our body’s as we age.
This would have been a Godsend for my sister & I, when our father passed suddenly. We were told it was, "Natural Causes", but to know definitively would have answered the questions we still wonder about, to this day.
The pain from the double femur fracture from the car crash would have been absolutely excruciating.
I found this incredibly interesting and informative.
These machines are extremely expensive, agree with the one room, two doors methodology.
Thank you for letting us view through this video, a side of medicine we would not normally see.
Amazing to be able to scan a body instead of an intrusive autopsy.
Right?!? So much nicer for victim’s families. Bless them.
Common misconception in autopsy will find way more information. This can actually help the family by diagnosing and general issues.
Absolutely fascinating.
More stuff like this, please.
Wow! This is so fascinating and really interesting! The images of the broken needles inside the body was fascinating. It sounds like this CT Scanner is a very helpful and important piece of equipment to people like yourself. Many thanks for posting this 🙂.
I used to work for a Medical Examiner's Office in Florida, USA. I wish we'd had this machine. It definitely has great value to pathologists.
Wow one of the most interesting educational videos I have ever seen just brilliant 👍
So interesting, thanks for a great video.
I wanted this to be so much longer
Great tool for forensic analysis.
Excellent interview and vid
Fantastic innovation Sir😮
Great work for discovering the facts.
Very informative and interesting, thank you
Fascinating video, and very informative. Thanks!
Very insightful.. thankyou!
Thank you! Great video.
Wow. So so interesting. Thanks 🙏 for the video.
Amazing access to information without invasive procedures.
That's so awesome and amazing at the same time!
Not only does this technology help those various communities that traditionally don’t accept autopsies, but it also allows bodies, where they can, to be released to the family for burial within or as close as they can to 24 hours after the death. As a multicultural country, as the specialist said, we are world leaders in this area, not only technically and judicially but also supporting so many communities of faith or cultural communities that require burials within 24 hours. Now, they don’t always get that, but the body is often released within or very close to the 24-hour mark. Before this technology, that wasn’t possible and caused tremendous angst in those communities.
This video was very interesting and educational.
Wonderful.
I used to assist in post mortems in the country and this is a far less invasive way of determining causes of death.
Siemens make some amazing equipment, this video was extremely informative and interesting 🏆🏆🏆
Great work you guys are doing.
Id like to work here
I had dinner while watching this, not to brag.
Try munching a hard boiled egg whilst studying the dissection of an eye film.
I still remember when there was only one MRI machine is all of Sydney.
Thank you for this video. May i ask who pays for this.
Interesting. Two doors, for for the dead and one for the living. At the Coroners Court? I'll rewatch I think.
I thought that too. Still a fascinating look at forensics
Possibly for people needing to identify their loved ones?
So cool! This is awesome.
Very interesting hi from Ireland ❤
Why would a CT scan effect your dinner?
It certainly is not gross anatomy at autopsy!
Because you're dinner would be cold the time it takes.
Those doctors with the bills : *_"No you can't die without paying the bill"_*
What amazing work you do very interesting video
Fun job nobody complains about nothing and you get paid and work at your own pace
Imagine how advanced and thorough a real country would be.
What fabulous minds created our medical devices.
Amazing
Very interesting!
Very cool
My friend was found after being dead 1 week in his bed. He was already starting to decompose. Can someone like that be scanned if u can't remove them from the body bag?
They scan them in the bag
Yes you can scan a decomposed body in a bag.The anatomy would have changed somewhat due to the extent of the decomposition making hallmarks of reading the Scan and diagnosis obscure.
He literally said we scan them in the bag in suspicious deaths.
❤❤❤❤❤
fascinating...
Using high levels of radiation does not do any more harm to the dead body, but at the funeral won't that radiation emit to other people?
Free scan, the Doctor don't need to tell don't move or held the breath
Great interesting.
Coroner: "Stay still please"
WTF isn’t EVERY country doing this? Holy cow! It’s amazing!
I'd be cut up, if I ever needed an autopsy.
1:27 well radiation is used in living patients too
It does but he said with the dead they up the dose.
How cool!
I found out my husband who was killed in a head on car crash had a CT scan.. now I see how..he coded in the ambulance and he never came back to me..I always wondered how they had time to do a cat scan.
Imagine that skeleton starts to move ? 😟
I'm thinking about a pregnant woman. Have they found pregnancy in murder victims?
wow
Should be haunted place defo
