American Airlines A321 Takeoff from Philadelphia

My return trip from spring break this year, was sad to see how empty Philadelphia and Chicago O’Hare airports were due to the coronavirus.

Great view of Philly! I connected here many times as well as flown in and out of PHL many times as a flight attendant. The view just never gets old!

I'll bet it doesn't. Half of my family is from Philly, so growing up in the 1980s when visiting them we flew in and out of Philly numerous times. We often flew there on either TWA or Eastern, two airlines now greatly missed. I did see the views of Philly taking off and landing, since I usually begged my parents to let me have the window seat

@@alvexok5523 interesting, I was a flight attendant for TWA/American back in the day lol. Would have been 98 or so. Right before they werent TWA anymore.

It’s every so often that they’ll use that run way for takeoffs, that run way is mainly used for landings. It’s a lucky day when you get that runway for takeoff, as the views are immaculate.
