Essentially it connects the video and short together, like it’s the same video; like a highlight of the video (Normal Links haven’t worked on shorts in nearly 2 years, it’s something in their own settings; not a lot of people can connect a video to a short.)

Normal Links don’t really work on RUclips anymore, they would have to tag the video to the short for it to have a working link.
