It has been confirmed the game will be AAA, 3rd person, M rated game, with the Arkane sim type of gameplay. Its made by Arkane Lyon, a studio that makes sim's, they dont make realistic games. They make games that have their own art style/direction, and give you the freedom to approach a mission in whatever way you want. Look up Dishonored, Deathloop and Prey, very unique games that are fun. Not to mention theu used their own Void engine in past games, but seem to have moved to Unreal engine.
