I did see my brother and sister who are twins that died before my mom gave birth to them. They have always been looking after me. This really made me cry of happiness. Knowing they are by my side. I felt deep love. This was really intense and beautiful. Felt like my body was floating. Thank you

I've been having some really dark sleep paralysis experiences right at 3am and a lot of spirit communications at night all through out the night at other random times. I've been calling on my angels alot lately for their help more specifically Archangel Michael. Let me preface this next statement by saying I don't think we find things by accident or stumble across things that aren't meant for us. I also wasn't always a believer either that I had a spirit team or angels. I believe I was meant to watch this meditation and honestly was shook by one how intense it was. I ended up having OOBE and when my Angel flew me back to my body I heard the words "now that you know these beings exist..." or something along these lines from this lovely lady and then the gentlemans voice chimed in the meditation was closing out. I was like whoa! wait?! What?!?! One I had felt the onset of sleep paralysis and two remember where I was in the "vision" and remember the Angel swooping me in his arms and our interaction and just bam waking up in my bed then her soft words. I looked at my clock it was 3:38am. Usually I would have been just awake because that's just the life of a clairvoyant girl I guess, but I felt so safe and something just said tonight was different. I even put the protection crystal in my hand on my night stand. But I mean I woke up right as she said now that you know... and it was from being flown back to myself by an Angel?! Okay.... yeah still processing this. Thank you for this lovely piece of work!!

When I did this my feet felt really heavy and I felt like warmth inside that moved around me , it was like flames dancing around and embracing me ,then I saw pure white light in like shape of door frame getting brighter and bigger, it came when I ask them somthing, I have no idea what that means . Anyway thought I share my experiences.
That was amazing. I don't know how to let go of resistance, my angels were trying so hard to let me see them or to take me where they are but I can't go bc I am stopped by doubt even though I feel the most powerful incredible feelings I've ever felt. My legs were shaking and there was a very bright light and I could feel their love but I can't communicate because of the resistance. When I opened my eyes everything looked different for a minute but I don't know how to explain how. Every breath in was a powerful feeling but I kept telling myself let them in let them in, let yourself feel it then I think what if I can't, I always stop myself. I felt really off balance and light when I started to walk. Whenever I try to connect I twitch. I have been in alignment once in my life for about 2 or 3 whole weeks and every night when I was falling asleep when I was in alignment I twitched. If you have time can you please respond with advice? I want so badly to connect with my higher being and maybe that's what makes it hard for me.
I wish there was a way for me to flag these that don't have a "count up." It is very disconcentrating to go so deep then just be "left there." I like Joe and Rasa so much, and like Jason Stephenson and Michael Sealey and the Honest Guys, they are so prolific that I can't remember which meditations have a count up and which don't. :(

Is it normal to cry throughout the entire meditation? From the moment I was sending relaxing energy over my brow the tears began to fall and become quite uncontrollable. I felt a gateway was being opened and all the emotional pain I've ever felt in my life washing over me in one tidal wave after another. It was quite overwhelming and exhausting but...I obviously needed the release. Can anyone else tell me if they experienced something similar?
Sometimes it's relief, sometimes it's a release of old emotion. Sometimes the realisation of what you truly are and the love that's always been there for you is overwhelming, in a lovely way. It's a beautiful thing don't worry. Tears have a different structure depending on the emotional cause. They carry things out of the body that need to be released..natural processing and healing taking place. My angel told me "your tears are welcome here, they speak truth".
Rasa, please help, why isn't this working for me? All I want to do is switch off for a while, and try to see / speak to my guardian angel(s), but it's not working. Please help. Tim x
Guided meds work best when you can let go of wanting and expectations before starting. I usually set myself the intention to let go and see what happens. No pressure, just going to stop thinking and listen to this for a while. Hope that's helpful or you already solved the problem for yourself. 😊
Would prefer just the female's voice . Also don't like getting used to one voice then all of a sudden your jolted out of a trance by a man's voice as well as having complete silence for a long time and then suddenly a voice jumps in. Its startling.

Rasa, I normally love your voice and meditations, but this one is too distracting with the stilted, exaggerated flow of your voice. It isn't relaxing to me at all. I found it annoying. Joe, you have a nice voice, but it's too choppy for me to find it soothing or relaxing. I won't be listening to this one again. I only lasted ten minutes.

Keep focusing on the connection and less on the resistance. Talk, breathe, walk connection. It is coming. It is already here. 💙

Sometimes when we try so hard we put strain and resistance upon the process. Ease up, let it go, know that it will happen.

Rasa, I normally love your voice and meditations, but this one is too distracting with the stilted, exaggerated flow of your voice. It isn't relaxing to me at all. I found it annoying. Joe, you have a nice voice, but it's too choppy for me to find it soothing or relaxing. I won't be listening to this one again. I only lasted ten minutes.
JoJo Be sadly, I have to agree. Especially when you know Joe's induction script. I could finish line before she got two or three words out. very distracting. I love both of your channels. this one unfortunately did not do it for me.
