You have pointed out the real problem in India at segment (13:00) where student who are smart enough to pursue good education but are handicapped by the language because they came from a non-English speaking schools. We either introduce English at a very early age with good teachers OR develop the Hindi language to make it fully technical. And yes, please tell those Bollywood actors that if they are speaking Hindi then only Hindi and the same goes with English - stick to English only and no Hindi words allowed. Lets see how well they'll do. Cheers!
