Such an highly underrated jam and somewhat forgotten/overlooked by the world simply because of its genre! In 1996 when this album "Erace" by the Gotee brothers (featuring various guest artists) was released it didn't make a huge impact on society, but it impressed the heck out of me. Please tell other people about this record so that it can finally get its due attention and notoriety. Every track on Gotee's "Erace" CD is a jam! Spread the word! :-)

The Gotee Brothers project was basically two emcees (TobyMac and Joey Elwood) and one producer (Todd Collins).

If you would have told me back in 1996, that DC Talk would be split up, but Toby was solo, Michael Tait was lead singer for Newsboys, and Audio Adrenaline was led by Kevin Max---I'd have called you insane. The rest is history.

I had a random thought about it this morning, put a few lyrics in Google, went to you tube and here I am. Its been so long I have forgotten it even existed.

Anyone know who's doing the female vocals? I don't want to assume but it sounds like one of the Kimmey sisters from Out of Eden (which would make sense).
