Boss normal po ba ung 5kg lang bawas in 1 month. I do workout 5 days a week. With proper program. Im obese from 102kg to 97 as of today. Aug 1-28. Fat loss po ang target.
Heya, similar size tayo. 5kg sounds big for a month, actually, unless first month mo wherein talagang malaki. I personally aim to lose at least 0.5kg per week, preferrably 1kg but I can't actually hit 1kg since I'm also working out and gaining muscle. As long as you don't feel fatigued from your program and you're still losing weight + gaining muscle, you'll be fine for the most part.

Bakit po parang ang baba ng protein for 327 grams of chicken breast? Baka mali yata ginagamit ko sa fitnesspal haha ang dami kasi. Diba ang 100 grams of chicken breast is 31 g of protein?
I’ve been using a 3g fat 21-22g protein per 100g chicken breast input way back since 2019. Closer to the USDA cal / macro range. Choose one that’s closer to 120 cals per 100g raw chicken breast. Stick with one input para hindi magkagulo with consistency of macros 😁

Why is there pain on lower back pag nag a-upper back cable row? is it because the tension is there when holding my upper back to prevent swinging?
Possibly weaker lower back, load way too heavy or form issue. Try doing a slight lean back with core tight
