A continuous variable, or scale level variable, must first be broken into categories or “bins” to be used with other categorical variables. Binning a variable involves establishing groupings that will function as categories. Every data point must fit into one-and-only-one bin.

This video talks about Histograms for numerical data & the title of this video is misleading! :(
Nevertheless, nice video, a great teaching style albeit the misleading title of the video.
