He was an extraordinary person and a very good friend. I'm sad that I haven't seen him for years before he was gone :( I went to his atelier to say hello about two month to late ...
Dear Jim, despite your kind invitations I still have to make it to your lovely place in Paris...congratulation for the film and good luck for your Film premier in Edinburgh. I wish you all the best. Antonio
Garry. I wondered the same thing and I tried to find it online. I had the idea to contact Nestle. They told me the following. It has been confirmed that the track was specifically composed for the After Eight Commercial and is not available for downloading. It was written by Tam Nightingale and Sophie Madeleine through Nightingale Music. It is called " Jim's Place". I'm going to one of Jim's dinners for the first time this year actually!
Rest in peace, dearest Sensei.
