Simon most likely hired her so he signed her checks and her boss most likely subpoenaed a statement from her to use in his divorce to paint his soon to be ex wife in a certain light… When it comes to legal matters NDAs can be voided. People aren’t allowed to share with the public what happened but can legally share with law enforcement, lawyers, judges, etc
