This is the worst pasting George has received since he was sliced into pieces by lasers in resident evil
George is lucky he wasn't facing off against Lord Reiss.
Nothing hard about George just an intimidating man with his size and a punch that’s about it
George is an OK hardman.
Phil doesn't want him to fight because he's jealous he never got a storyline like this. The show was too busy overprotectiing him from potentially taking an L to allow him to do something as cool as this. 😆

George is playing in a younger man's game, he needs to know he is past his best.
I haven't been left impressed by George in the two fights his had they were decent fights, especially this one, but as a former champion boxer, I expected him to do better I know a lot will be talking about how his too old but look at the likes of Mike Tyson for example imo these fights if anything and dismissed George in a hardman light at least with Felix they had him pick up a couple of Ws albeit unconvincingly.
I agree that he should look better than he has, but to be fair he is about 60 and probably hasn't fought/trained for 20 or so years. He also fighting young and more active fighters and getting hit without a glove is completely different than it is with boxing gloves.
Mike Tyson didn't look very good in his last 2 fights and he was 38. George is nowhere near that level anyway, he'd of only been Bum Of The Month if he'd fought Mike.
@@tomhiggins6542 Tyson was going up against legitimate pros though, even at the end of his career. Danny Williams was actually a more accomplished boxer than George, nothing like the last two guys he’s bare knuckled with.

Nothing more to say here other than George got dismantled and he should of listened to Phil firstly not to fight and secondly when he was hurt he should of let Phil call the fight but I guess he wanted to take punishment over feeling guilty about him mums death and the fact Eddie banned him from her funeral.
maybe now people can just accept he isn't a hardman lol he's a guy who was something when he was younger but that has no bearing on his character in current day and thus he shouldn't get mentioned about when talking about the current hardmen.
He smacked that last guy he fought, wasn't cut or anything so he must of beaten him.

Well George didn't do well here I'm not completely surprised but I'm not taking too much away from him either, as I adressed before he's a man in his 60's in a young man's game and in a completely different world. You have to take into consideration as well how tough these fighters are despite obviously not knowing anything about them, these guys are very much quite possibly a higher level than Ravi because these guys fight for a living. George has only recently started again after 20-30 years. Some good scenes tonight though.

George Knight is very tough for his age, but age is definitely just a number at the end of the day, but George vs Ravi well that's a very tough call with George being a ex professional Boxer, and knowing what places too actually hit you in, too obviously Knock you out with the good Boxing skills that he's still got regardless for his age, but the thing is with Ravi he is naturally a very good street fighter, but he's not a ex professional Boxer like George is, but at the same time I think that Ravi and George would still be a very good fight, but in the end George might just win the fight, but it wouldn't be a easy fight though but who knows I could be wrong.
and aka for George Knight VS Jack Branning well it would be a very close fight with a Policeman VS a ex professional Boxer, but due too George's background of Boxing Skills well it wouldn't surprise me if George would end up beating Jack in a fight, but with Jack being a copper again and also being in very good shape for his age, even though Jack is slowing down a bit now but he's still got another 10 too 15 years left just yet before he even loses his fitness altogether.
also for George Knight VS Martin Flower well too start off with well Martin lands the first 2 punches, then George obviously ends it by giving Martin 2 punches back in return with 1 punch too the nose then after that another havy powerful punch too the head as well, with Martin knocked out on the floor gassping for his breath back lol.
After actually seeing George have two fights there is no denying Ravi would beat him imo
Not just Ravi, I reckon Martin and Jack would also have him judging by his last two fights.

Also why do you think the idea of Martin beating George is funny but not Jack when Martin and Jack were even in their fight with each other?
If Jack can beat George, then it’s perfectly logical for Martin to also be able to beat him.

George did not look convincing here at all I think there is a case of even Martin beating him in a fight and i definitely have Jack and Ravi above him
He might still be able to beat Martin or Jack but yeah, Ravi would destroy him.

I always knew George wasn’t gonna be dead dead hard cause of the age he is yes it’s a shame but he is still a really good character one of the best in the show at the minute in my opinion and still is no pushover he is just not as good of a fighter as we had hoped
This was pretty good for a soap fight although I’m disappointed with George’s performance. It’s obvious most of us overrated his abilities, just because he was a great fighter years ago doesn’t mean he’ll be anywhere close now.
Plus this sort if fight is totally different to a sport with rules and regulations.

@@CharlesSimmons179 That’s the thing, the other guy didn’t need to cheat at all to beat George. If anything, he beat George at his own game considering he didn’t do anything but punch George.
@@H.K.5 I feel George is another character who started off with potential as an older hardman but he has since been watered down. Then again he is 56, and his best days as a boxer are behind him.
Decent enough fight although George got dominated.
Grant and George would have been a good mates too so think the Mitchell Brothers would have had a best mate
George didn’t just beat beat he got his backside handed to him.
