Genuinely shocks me sometimes how many adult people don’t know how to deal with any kind of conflict in a situation in a logical and mature way. Such a childish thing to do to just storm into someone’s tent cus you think someone else is in the wrong. You guys, like at 2000 trees handled that so well but honestly that should be the bare minimum level of grace that any adult should deal with a mixup, so poor from the people working at the festival that they didn’t even seem that apologetic

What you said at 34:30 is spot on. Times have changed. The NME reviews used to promote festivals 20 years ago. Now, people watch videos like yours and book for those festivals the following year - so you do a lot for their marketing.
Can’t imagine how drastically the mood would be brought down after a situation like that, but the fact you guys continued to document content for the viewers says a lot about the channel considering the one thing you guys would wanna do would be to just go home. Love you boys 💕

Fair play to ye lads for doing as well as ye did, and dealing with that situation as best ye could. What happened there is absurd. Misunderstandings happen all the time, but they dealt with it very badly. Here's a few quid to recoup some of your losses.

Heavy handed security and a self entitled press agent, what a great mix. When the guy claps his hands he says "Get up, this is my tent," unbelieveable , I would make an offical complaint.

The incidient didn't take up ENOUGH of the content and it IS Benicassim's fault. Anything that happens at that festival is their responsibility. Will never go back.
What shocks me is that these people could just like... summon armed police as well? To like, flush these guys out of a tent they considered theirs? Never ever ever should have happened.

@@ander5on118 to be fair when I went 10 years ago there was a lot of theft, also drug dealers had free reign of the place and walked about the camping area shouting out what they were selling, somehow I doubt the increased Spanish police presence are interested in dealing with that, they didn’t seem bothered by them back then.

Glampings basically a hotel. Imagine walking into a hotel room and having a go at the inhabitants rather than going to the reception. As if the manager didn’t check it straight away rather than just assuming you were in the wrong.

I worked at the camping site info point on FEST Festival in Poland this year. We've had exactly the same glamping tents, but... Each glamping had a lock with the key which you'd receive from me upon arriving, so there was no option such thing would occur. Plus... The inside was much much nicer. And it cost a fraction of what this was. You guys should really check out what Poland's festival scene has to offer. Cheers 🤙

Done Beni twice and holy fuck that shit is rough, unfortunately the festival on a whole has gone downhill with it changing owners, the line up is fucking terrible compared to a few years ago
I was camped in the pre-erected blue tents right behind the cabin where you got everything sorted, saw you guys being very apologetic with the Glamping Co staff on Saturday morning, even though it clearly wasn't your fault. didn't realise you left afterwards. gutted they ruined your experience. they also put extra security on the Glamping entrance from Saturday onwards which was a strange response to their own mistake! this was my 5th Beni, and I'd recommend it to anyone!
also, fun fact on the food front, there are only 600k Veggies/Vegans in the whole of Spain, compared to 6.5m in the UK, which is why it's so hard to find Vegan options.

The idea of armed men waking me up while I'm in my tent is genuinely terrifying. Thanks for being transparent and showing this. Its certainly showed me its not the place for me. The behaviour of staff at the festival is really important
They were no cops armed, anyone with an eye can tell the difference between private security and armed police. They were overreacting to maintain us entertained or to throw trash to FIB, they looked to me like they had an agenda to be honest.

We got woken up at download festival in disable camp by the organisers telling us we had to move our tent ( bearing in mind I was a pa for my mate who is blind). Bless you guys having to cope with that drama! Thats so stressful! I had a similar thing at a festival a few years ago, me and my friend had been awake for like 2 days on absolute benders and had just gotten to sleep. The next thing we know we hear "POLICE GET OUT YOUR TENT" and we thought someone was taking the piss so we were just like aw fuck offfff, then they were like no get out or we will drag you out, turns out it was the police. There was like 4 officers- AND ONE ON A POLICE HORSE stood around our tent. We were 2 young women, half dressed. They then asked us what we had been doing - we said obviously sleeping. Someone a few tents away had accused us of something ridiculous like filming them while they were doing adult things youtube wont let me comment like a normal person. It was so bizarre. We offered them our phones - they took them - found nothing on it. It was so confusing. My friend then had his tent searched as he came out to see what was going on amongst all the chaos and almost lost a lot of ... prohibited items and almost got caught with them. Luckily nothing else happened and we got to get on with our festival, but it certainly put a dampener on the whole thing! a police horse! ffs

But what happened on this Festival was an absolute no go! I sat here in front of my Laptop in disbelieving and the only thing I could think about was, what could have happened to you, if the situation would have been even more escalated.
