Cant lie, when I saw that Shane was going to be on the pod I was nervous that Adam and Dan would spend the majority of the episode talking about how Shane got cancelled like a lot of podcast hosts do when they have him on. After watching it I'm glad to say that they played it perfectly, Great job lids
Why I love the lids, they don't talk about things like that, the same with the strictly drama last week when Adam was away. Didn't bother talking about it cos it wasn't needed and made the episode better, they're class at this

I can confirm the bit about people learning English from watching friends. Not only because of the reach it’s had, but because teachers use it in the classroom. Seinfeld is also used a lot to teach English. That’s what got me into that show.

Limmy and Mitchell & Webb were the last great British sketch shows. Would love these lads to bring it back in the UK, especially after taking inspiration from Shane's incredible work on Gilly and Keeves
