Non Russian Badass I played a round after watching this. The Magnum is ok again but could still use a buff. When compared to all the other Revolvers its feels rly slow shooting with it and to be honest id choose the deagle over it.
It was said the trigger delay was removed completely but when playing with the magnum or Rex it still feels wonky. Slight delay maybe it just doest feel like bf3 magnums
For sure, sniping as well because you really learn to depend on your calculations because if you miss you're done. And for all you snipers out there look up Zaitsevs 10 golden rules of sniping. Number one is never fire from a compromised position, or don't fire from the same place twice unless you're sure your first shot went un noticed.
***** 5.7mm is actually the smallest sidearm round in BF4 (FN57) and has virtually no recoil That being said, it requires like 5 shots to kill someone (same with the Chinese POS QSZ-92). And Homeless Guy, not always. Take a look at the fake Desert Eagle's stats. Its stability, because its such a large weapon, is horrible. But, because DICE's logic is infallible, its able to fire as fast as the MP412 REX, Unica 6, and SW40 (which fire a .357 Magnum, another .357, and a .40 Smith & Wesson, respectively) despite it being chambered in the same round as the S&W M29, .44 Magnum.
When you start talking accuracy, that's when you need to start thinking about things a little more. When it comes to sidearms, the most accurate ones are the .44 and M1911. But because at range the 1911 would require another round to drop your target versus the .44, the big S&W is your better option. Now with primary weapons, generally speaking, more accuracy does mean a lower fire rate. Some of the most accurate assault rifles and carbines are the SCAR-H, SAR-21, CZ-805, AR160, the AUG A3, QBZ-95-1, AK-5C, G36C, and the Type 95-B-1. And those weapons have fire rates ranging from 600 to only 700 rpm. Granted, you can make a lot of other weapons in the game accurate by tap firing with the right attachments, but in doing so, you're usually relegating them to a playstyle they weren't necessarily designed for.
Don't really like the sight on that thing. I think that I wouldn't ruin such a classic gun with new optic. Stay with the iron sights or ghost ring. But the clips were awesome as always from threatty :)

That thing's a piece of shit. It was even before the patch. It has no accuracy if you're moving in any way, and since you usually need to be moving if you had to switch to your secondary, the only way you can hit anything is mag-dumping in CQB. The only thing I'm missing for it is the final Battlepack (thought I'd mention that because some moron before said I "obviously haven't unlocked it"). I still think DICE should give us the real, .50 AE Desert Eagle and set it up as what it really is: a competitor to the S&W M29 (aka the .44 Magnum). DICE lately has been all about choice, so give us a choice if we want a powerful and accurate long range sidearm.
