Sim City 4: 'This is it'

Video I made a long time ago which was supposed to be the last one ever.
However, I have picked-up the game recently and slowly started working on a new region (more information on my blog: erwinnegentig.b....
Song: to remove copyright claims on the song I had originally used for this video, I changed it with something from the RUclips library.
I would highly recommend watching this video while playing the song Skyfall by Adele

Looks good but you need to get rid of these Maxis trees but overall I do like it :-D

To be honest, it's great, but it's not realistic. Places with commercial zones should have avenues or roads and not streets, and highways in a metropolitan area would have 3-5 lanes, and there are way too many trees all over the place.
