I cooked my first rabbit this week, I let it sit 2 days in the refrigerator and then cut up. I browned it then put in the oven in a Dutch oven and it was tough and stringy. 13 weeks old.How can I cook so my husband likes it?
@LivingtheHightLife yes, I fried it in fat then used a little fat in the Dutch oven and cooked it for 45 minutes covered at 350 degrees like I do my chicken.
@@bonniedetrick5758 oven roasted rabbit needs to be done low and slow unless you brine it before hand. Also it's important not to overcook it. You want it at 160 degrees, nothing more
