Vlog 005 | Expectations suffocate joy

This week I expand on the frustration I experienced while making last week's video :).
I've always had a strong tendency to take myself seriously in the past. And although I've gotten more aware of it, that doesn't mean it instantly disappears.
Last week this habit started making things more complicated by adding expectations to what I'm doing. So, that's what I wanted to dive into this week :).
