This is the correct observation, and if you think about it a little, you'll see why. People go to the website in question. They sort by APR/APY. They see the 85% and decide "well, I'll go for that!" More people do this and soon the 85% is 50%. Rinse and repeat. I think that realistically, 20-25% is sustainable, unless you are constantly "yield chasing" like a lot of us!

Vaults are frequently retired and brought up on beefy finance, while sDAI-USDC vLP V2 was just an example, its up to you to do your own research and due diligence on vaults you intend to put your money into.
