The express pass, no matter how you get it, doesn't include Velocoaster and Hagrids.

VelociCoaster is included with express pass, you are correct that Hagrid’s is still not included.

Oh okay! I didn't think it was included. So the only ride not included is Hagrids?
We just booked a very last minute trip for 5/20 - 5/24. We've been to WDW a few times so this is our first time at Universal. We're booked club level at Portofino Bay.
