Honestly, Lifehouse got me through a lot of things with their music. The lyrics composed speaks for themselves. Great songwriting, and great emotion in live performances. Lifehouse is a gem in the music world.

My son died unexpectedly in my arms from cardiac arrest last yr at 35yo. We were best friends and he was an army combat medic and a musician, a bassist, guitarist, pianist, etc. we had a game we'd play about music. play a song and we had to guess who the band was. We had a radio station and recording studio for 10 yrs. I stumped him on Lifehouse. And others but he stumped me on bands like Journey, Boston etc. But we knew the Beatles, our fav band, Warren Zevon, Queen ((freddie), Billy Joel, Cyndie Lauper, Weird Al, Fourplay, Fiona, etc. Eclectic, One hit wonders etc. I grieve everyday. He was my everything. Nothing prepares you for losing your're one and only kid. Music was our connection and its a connection to the universe. Its spiritual. Its a connection to feeling, grabs you deep to your soul, you either feel it or you dont. We felt it. So many feel it and connect. There are so many people have had to deal with loss and they have comfort in musicians who have songs they can relate to and appreciate. Thank you for reading
