I don't know where the title story takes place at, but in the USA, the police/sheriff/state police have NO authority to enforce HOA regulations - whether the person is a member or not. In the above case, the officers involved need discipline and retraining.
@sst1911 still, I wish they would be more careful. I listen to the stories, knowing that most are fake because they can be entertaining. But I hate when they blatantly cross a line.
Story 2: 1: On the first visit, lawyer up. 2: Have the police arrest you. False arrest. Big payday 3: Sue the HOA and every original homeowner when the "association" that is still there. No mercy
Just FYI for anybody that's interested for some cars when you have your windshield replaced you have to have certain sensors and possibly a camera recalibrated so they work properly
The only power an employer has over you is your 'desire' to continue. Once that desire is gone, so is the power. Some of them don't comprehend that and proceed to alienate your desire in dramatic fashion.
great video, really well done! it's interesting how some HOAs can really overstep their boundaries. personally, i think they should focus more on community building rather than enforcing rules on properties that aren't even under their jurisdiction. it's a bit ridiculous, don’t you think?
The HOA story is completely false. While there may be HOA's that overstep their authority, in this case, the police would have no authority due to this being a civil matter and would tell that to the president.
The last story, OP should tell their mum that if thinks being a nurse is easy to try it herself and that if she doesn’t like being corrected by a professional then they shouldn’t try and give bd advice because she can be sued by the person
final story: sounds like your mom is a competitive toxic person and my advice is to go no contact and not let her poison you with that whole "i'm better than you" attitude she has......just my 2 cents worth
Karen voice -- "You're part of thr HOA brcause I said ao!" Me with Glenda Good Witch of the North voice -- "You have no power here. Now BEGONE witch before someone drops a house on you too!"
😂 what country is this because the police don't have the authority to arrest someone for violating HOA bylaws especially if the homeowner is not part of a HOA
All theses stories are fake made up stories......non are true. Police don't enforce HOA rules. They would have told the HOA president it wasn't their problem.
When the feck would the police EVER bring someone down AND when the feck would the hoa twunt waffle be there?
BOLLOCKS!

Police do NOT take anyone down to the station for a civil violation unless they have a judgement against you. And then they need a warrant.
They do in these writer's creative writing projects that end up on Reddit.

@@sst1911 Ahh the lovely chatgbt
Johnson & Thompson, the top two names all these stories use.

As I see it any hoa that doesn't allow animals should be charged with inhumane rules
I absolutely love the background picture on this site.I can sit and look at it for ages.
The lore just starts popping up in your head, don't it

story #2: question: why don't you build a fence and keep the eyes of the HOA busybodies off you and your property ?????
Because it's a fake story and the writer didn't think of that.
Calibrating windshield is a thing on newer vehicles due to all the crap added to them like heads-up display and driving sensors.
The last story, OP should tell their mum that if thinks being a nurse is easy to try it herself and that if she doesn’t like being corrected by a professional then they shouldn’t try and give bd advice because she can be sued by the person
I would of sued the HOA and the police department and both cops personally too
final story: sounds like your mom is a competitive toxic person and my advice is to go no contact and not let her poison you with that whole "i'm better than you" attitude she has......just my 2 cents worth
Rule number one that HOAs need to understand, if they're not a member, you have NO POWER OVER THEM WHAT SO EVER.
Goblin story: the glass guy is needed for rain sensing windscreens if installation is not correct you can lose the features
Last: Why not move a state away for peace of mind? May help OP's mother too.
With the first story can't Jacks new company try and bid on the jobthat the old company was doing?

Wasn't the HOA and the building project from stories 1 and 2 both called sincerest?
You calibrate the sensors/cameras
