someone told me that the max level of tales of xillia is 99 and that most character base hp doesnt reach the max 9999 but in this video is does go up that far can someone explain this to me?

That logic also sounds kinda stupid to me. But whatever floats your boat I guess.
Personally for me, this' why I frown on fanboys. No one wants to hear fanboys gripe.
Oh, and guess what Xillia 2 will be in english too (search on Google). Don't quote me on this, and don't even think about whining about how you'd prefer the japanese version.
