I'm a north indian but in love with south India. The pride they put into their culture whether it is eating with hands or eating in banana leaf.. FYI - If you're a punjabi you might not like south indian food at first - but health benefits wise It's what we all should eat. God I miss Trivandrum now ❤ Lot's of love to my South Indian brothers n sisters.

@@Rajveer_Singh68 because south india is different than north india Isliye... Bcz where I was born and brought up vahan se different h fir b pasand h... One very simple example could be - I speak Hindi but love French accent? Isse ye kahan pta chalta h bhai ki Hindi nhi pasand..
Just say U'r from those typical north states like Delhi, Punjab or haryana where ppl luv to showoff,act elite, disown own culture to be cool,etc..Coz rest of north r quit different than those typical 3-4northern states & carries thing of their own aka diversity plus pride in their culture.

The dinner gravy was- Navratan Korma- which has different vegetables(many times includes pineapple too) in a base of coconut milk, paste of cashew and raisin etc. Mildly sweet.Goes well with roti / naan types

Wellington Island in the backwards and Ernakulam is on the other side of river...both are connected by bridges...Once upon a time, Wellington Island had port around, airport and railway station all together...it is also a naval base...
