I feel so sorry for these owners knowing how hard it is to own a home. There doesn’t seem to be any justice for them at all & no consequences for these free loaders, it’s disgusting
I feel sorry for these Landlords. Not getting paid their rent, having to go back and forth to Court, calling in Bailiffs, long waiting times before they get their properties back, then having to clean up and dispose of all their trash and make repairs. More stress than it's worth.
I feel bad for Wayne; he seems like such a kind person (and very handsome!) who just tried to help some ungrateful woman. His house is adorable, and so are his dogs. I'd love to have a landlord like him. I live in the US, and I enjoy this series so much. The rental homes in this show are so adorable, and compared to here, the rents are quite reasonable. My grandmother was an immigrant from England, thus my interest in London's neighborhoods. Thanks for the uploads!
I've watched several of these episodes, and the saying "kindness costs nothing" has proven to be invalid. Kindness has cost these landlords everything. I will never understand how people can treat spaces so disrespectfully. Have they no class?
Really beautiful home. Did a fantastic job with the reno and decorating. It’s a gorgeous home. One of the nicest I’ve seen in any of these programs. Real sweet!
Buy your own house, live happily in it, pay your bills and if you have any spare income do your homework regarding investment. Never ,ever allow random people into your property, and never ever buy to let. Neither a renter or a landlord be were the wisest words from my father, duly listened to .
I do not understand why the owners wait so long to take them to court. I'd have them in court after the second missed payment and any broken requirements of the lease.

It is quite unbelievable that there is no consequences and no punishment for people who take over your flat or your house, live there for free, trash the place, and after months or even years just walk away!!! No shame! And why aren't somebody, some authority go after them, make them pay, and punish them? It is incomprehensive that they can just get away with it so easily!!!!

The commercials are ridiculous. And no I won't pay RUclips a penny for what used to be free. I don't mind paying content creators but most the fee to go Comercial less goes to RUclips, who had made their lives miserable.

They form relationships sometimes , very few really wanna have to do it
Because it costs money to take them to court so they try to avoid it.

The cost to go to court there is INSANE. To evict a tenant there with a specialist and court fees and balif is like $5,000 US

I believe UK landlords can't take a tenant to court for missed rent until they're 2 months in arrears.
Getting a Court Order put against a SlumTenants Benefit Salary or Wages to Pay for any Damages with all Relevant Documentation
Don't landlords require 1st and last month's rent plus deposit
