However, I think her real secret might be the fact that she uses Jellyfish somehow. for a vampire Eternity seems to have a lot of attacks that focuses on the ocean and even Jellyfish which have been known to live forever.
I agree with the jellyfish theory as her design is similar to an immortal jellyfish or Turritopsis dohrnii. I also have heard theories about her sling bag jellyfish sucking the life out of people which makes her immortal. (sorry for bad grammar)
From what i could figure out from her lore, Eternity is a aquatic Vampire who feeds on sea creatures, this refers both to her ultimate where she turns into some weird whalelike creature as well as the fact that she asks Vertin to become her apprentice in one of her voicelines but asks if she's allergic to seefood/shellfish. She's also a very sadistic merchant who does't mind doing unethical things to earn alot of cash.
Have you ever heard of the short story "So Runs the World Away" by Caitlin Kiernan? It's based on the Marcy Brown case, and involves an undead girl who "lives" at the bottom of a lake and couldn't... associate with her fellow undead people that well. Mainly bcs she seemed to still have longings and part of her memories regarding her previous life as a human.

i think that the 6 number is also looks alike "golden ratio" (idk if there is connection or smth cuz i havent done my research yet) so that's prolly why 6 is called the perfect number
my theory is that she drain young and youthful woman so she can live for a very long time, i got this idea from reverse 1999 officials twitter theres a short comic about eternity and regulas said in the comic that she heard a rumor about eternity using woman youth for her to be forever young and imortal but hearing different analyses about her as a vampire could be a possibility since i think the first vampire story that has writen is a vampire woman who let a human girl in and suck her dry and there some romance between them i think?

Eternity hasn't been in any story and all there is to do reaearch is the voicelines and that gives SO LITTLE
